Just opened a Sole proprietorship business with henry, let me tell you he is very detail orientated and will explain anything you do not understand to you. Prices are low and and of course hes my go to tax guy also.

I have been to a few different Accountants over the years and Henry is the best I have ever dealt with. I was referred to Henry by a friend of mine for an schedule C audit issue. At first, I was trying to fight the audit by myself but the auditor disallowed my receipts because The receipts can’t prove my business use. After I came to Henry, he walked me through the audit process, drafted a few affidavits and got rid of 90% of the assessments with IRS office of appeals. I came back this year to get my 2015 taxes filed. He is still just as amazing this year. His vast knowledge of tax law is just amazing. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with their taxes.

This is my second year in a row getting taxes done here. I use to do my taxes on turbo tax until I bought my first rental property. Turbo Tax depreciation was getting too confusing for me to do it myself. I was referred to Henry by my cousin who also get his taxes done by Henry. I really like Henry’s service because he takes his time to really help me understand my taxes and give me great tax planning advices for free. Although he gets really busy around tax season but good tax accountants are usually busy. I don’t mind the wait as long as I get my taxes done right. Unlike any other companies I called, Henry is the only one who listened to my story. I came from overseas and owed some taxes due to unfiled tax returns. It is tough for a new small business owner understand Taxes and bookkeeping. When I first received an IRS letter, I contacted some radio companies. Those radio companies are charging me $ 2500 to start to process, which is insane. Not only I didn’t had $ 2500 at the time, but they sounded like pushy salesmen who are not even licensed or experienced! After returns were processed, Henry helped me got onto an low installment agreement and he only charged me $ 250 because I filed my Returns with him. He always answers his own phone and always updated me personally through out the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about him. I highly recommend Henry’s service.

Henry recently helped me established an S-​corporation for my event marketing business. Originally I wanted to use legal zoom because of the cheaper price, but I was afraid of choosing the wrong business structure and missing some important paperwork. A close friend of mine recommend me to give Henry a call. Surprising his price was only $ 699 to setup an S-​Corp. I also received a free tax planning. The entire process only took him 2 weeks to complete which really surprised me. I would recommend his services to others

Today I came to see Henry to set up a LLC. After he resolved my tax problem, he is recommending me to set up a LLC to add a layer of perfect on my assets. After I mention to him that I have left him a Unilocal review, we found out Unilocal has deleted my first review! Henry deserves the five star rating because he went to extra mile for me. Besides resolving my tax problem, he really help me get on track with my finances by setting up a LLC, educate me on the differences of each entities, educate me on bookkeeping, educate me on government compliance and most importantly resolved my tax problem.
