Well, lets start out by saying that these guys are awesome. I took my car in after breaking down nearby. At first I was dealing with Maquisha, She was the only one inside the office at the time. She took all my information, asked me to leave the car behind and they will call me in that afternoon. They offered me a ride home, which i accepted, so I didn’t have to pay for a taxi. A gentlemen by the name of Tony called me around 3pm. He told me that the car was overheating and a sensor caused the vehicle to turn off as a safety feature. Tony stated that the motor may have been damaged but needed a little more time with it to give an accurate diagnoses. Tony later called me around 5:30ish and told me that it was just the thermostat that needed replaced and the motors head gasket wasn’t damage, he went on to say that he would get it done by 6pm and I was welcome to come pick it up. Long story short, I spent a little over $ 300, had my car back in the same day, didn’t pay for a taxi and had piece of mind. They even went as far as checking all my fluids (topping them off where needed) and checking my tire pressure. These guys are great and highly recommended! Thanks Again Sanders Team !

Great place to take your car! My Mustang is very important to me and these guys took great care of it. They installed a clutch and a flywheel for me at a good price and did it on time. They even helped me with some issues I had after the install without charging any extra or giving me any hassle. Tony was great and every time I called in for an update he was able to keep me informed. Whenever my car needs service again I’ll be taking it back to these guys!

Sanders always does a great job when I take my car /​truck there. I am always recommending them and everyone I have talked to has always been extremely happy with the work they have done there.

All I want to say is how their repair was fast, efficient and monetarily, THE BEST!!! Great customer service, staring from Merissa and Tony! Just sooo helpful for my situation. This review is long overdue. I never forgot how terrible this repair shop treated me when I brought in my 94′ Honda Civic after it completely died near their shop. I took a chance and had it towed to their establishment after the tow truck driver (who worked for Sander’s Towing) recommended their shop to me. To make a long story short, it took them almost a month to figure out and replace the ECU. I was told on two different occasions the car was good to go and each time their was another issue that needed to be fixed. When I went to test drive my «fixed» vehicle none of the instruments worked! I could not tell how fast I was going, how much gas I had, or if my car was overheating and they basically told me tough luck they did all they could do. I was charged an arm and a leg for a vehicle that still did not work properly! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported my experience because I was so disappointed and genuinely felt like I was ripped off. The worst part about this whole experience is that about a month later, my car did in fact overheat and because I could not read my instruments, the engine was permanently damaged, a direct result of Sander’s incompetence. Please stay far far away from this place!

I have to say that I’m extremely pleased with their service. I had a cooling system issue, Tony focused only on the issue. Made a suggestion but didn’t try to pressure me into fixing anything else. Took the car in around noon and had it ready by 5:30. I will def. be going back. Especially since I am new to the San Dimas area. I was a bit worried. Nonetheless thank you!

It was HOT today! I got a flat tire at home and called AAA, they sent Sanders. I met the technician at his truck with my AAA card and license and while he wrote down my info, I took the donut out of the trunk (because something was spilt a long time ago back there and the floorboard is all gross) He was like «I can do that Ma’am!» No problem, it was already done. He handed me my cards back and told he me was gonna check the air pressure in the donut before putting it on the car and put air in it if necessary. The he asked me to leave my trunk open and to sign his log. After that he asked that I go back inside to get out of the heat, he would put my flat tire in the trunk and close it up for me when he was done! He also told me that he recommended getting a new tire because tread was showing where the nail was and told me the place of a tire company that is charging me less then where I would’ve taken it! Ooh yeah did I mention it only took 15 minutes from the time of the call to when he arrived? AAA informed me that it would be 30 – 45! 5 star service all around for sure!!!

My «new» 1990 Toyota Supra broke down on the 210 and luckily, the tow truck driver suggested he take it to Sanders rather than the place AAA suggested in Pomona. The fan was broken, and the girl in the office managed to find a replacement fan in Ontario, even though the actual fan is obsolete and no dealers or auto parts places locally had it. She is a miracle worker. They diagnosed the work and got the car back to me the same day – and it also needed a water pump. I live in Alta Loma but will be going to Sanders from now on. They are super nice, their prices are good, and they go the extra mile to make the customer really satisfied. A++

Absolutely the best! Honest, fair, respectable company. My old used car had a cracked engine block rather than tell me they could fix it, which they did, they also said it would not have been worth it. That it was on its last leg. Sure enough, a few weeks/​months later the cars transmission, radiator and other major parts of the car started to show issues. They could have replaced my engine, then all the other parts but knew it was best to shoot straight. I purchased a new Suburban, have peace of mind now and will continue to take my new car to Sanders. Been going there for 14 years and haven’t regretted it not once.

Sanders Automotive is an old fashioned honest hardworking family that will give you fast service at a reasonable price and the customer service can’t be beat here your a valued customer not a number I recommend them to all =)

I have known the owner for many years, he himself is an excellent mech. That way he knows whats his crew is doing. This is the most honest place you can find. Frank G

The people at Sander’s have always made sure my stuff gets taken care of right.

My fuel injector failed and the mechanic i took it to was going to charge over $ 500 i checked with Sanders and was quoted almost HALF. They went out of their way to get my part, did a thorough diagnostic, did a great job, finished when they said they would, and were very courteous and professional. They have a new customer. I am going to them FIRST! It seems harder and harder to get a quality product with friendly service. You get it all at Sanders Auto!

I have to be honest. I love the guys at Sanders, but OMFG they cannot fix my car. I seriously want to take them to small claims court and get my money back.
Here’s my ordeal, my 99 corolla is old and I’ve taken good care of it, until one night my headlight won’t turn off. I had to unplug the battery. I took it to Sanders, the gangs were SUPER NICE and HELPFUL, but they could not fix my car. Still they charged me over $ 500 for the repair, and then a week later the same problem came back. Sanders towed my car to West Covina Toyota to get a $ 300 diagnostic run and the mechanics at Toyota can’t figure out. I was desperate for a car to get on with my daily 60 mile commute, so I just let them do their thing, and oh my god was I cheated. They charged me over $ 700 for replacing my headlight (they claim to be faulty and screwing up the electrical), and other electrical wiring repairs. When I got my car back, my factory sensor auto light does not work, I have to manually turn it on now, half of my climate control panel does not light up, and my dome light flickers when I open the door. I called the service manager at West Covina Toyota, guess what, he was on vacation, what a coincident, the service guy told me I could bring the car back, but they don’t know how long it would take to fix it, and they do not have a loaner car. It’s been three busy months, my car is still fucked up, but tolerable. I haven’t gone back to make either of them fix it.
I should call my lawyer.
