I have had the worst experience with vision essentials. I first tried the office at Baldwin Park and they messed up my prescription. The man in charge didn’t even try to make it better he just told me the doctors were booked for a month and I would have to wait. So I got a refund and left. My father suggested I give the San Dimas office a try. I saw a new doctor and ordered my glasses. They told me they would take 7 – 10 days to arrive. 6 weeks later they finally showed up and they were terrible. Didn’t fit properly and they couldn’t fix it so I had to order a completely different style. I paid for this pair with a check so they had to refund me with a corporate check. I don’t know why they didn’t just apply it on the new ones as a credit but they didn’t. So they told me it would take 6 weeks to get the refund check. That was 15 weeks ago. I just went in today and they told me they just got the info and it would take two more weeks. This is what they told me 3 weeks ago and 6 weeks ago. This extremely long story is a warning. DO NOT go to Kaiser for your glasses! They are so unprofessional and disorganized.
