I love this Vons! Easy access, plenty of parking with shade, and best of all(variety of products that fit anybody’s diet-type). They’ve got plenty of good stuff including: almond milk, Daiya Cheese, earth balance vegan butter, zevia sodas, quinoa, organic vegetables and nuts. What I dislike about this store is the fact that they almost never have ready made vegan chocolate cakes. Also so many items have soy ingredients when it is completely unnecessary. Lots of preservatives in the breads too. The store has improved on selection however, the amount of healthy and vegan options seems to have splurged lately, keep up the good work. By the way Martha is a great cashier, even at 11pm she is full of energy and knows my name when I get to the register to check out.

Just like everyone else, I’ve been shopping here since before I was born. Hahaha. I even worked here in high school! Yes, before I was a reactor mechanic I was a grocery bagger. It gave me character and good work ethic. Anyway this Vons has everything you need! The shelves are usually fully stocked and the employees are really nice! The deli department and bakery department are combined which is cool! It’s not a huge vons so everything is easy to find. If you can’t find what you are looking for ask an employee. They are usually helpful and if they give you lip tell them you are a mystery shower! Ha ha jk! Overall, this Vons is awesome and less than a mile from most of the neighborhood. Right smack dab in the middle of Via Verde. I’m not kidding, most of us walk there just to burn off a few calories.

I frequent this Von’s, it is rather small but convenient, however I must remove a star for their meat department. In general, I not a fan of Von’s meats, and by George, this one is terrible. I have bought rancid meat here and have had to return it not one but two times. No bueno, and I do not buy fresh meats here anymore. The produce is just OK, and I like their deli and its never too crowded. Their breads are really good, live the French and Italian loaves. The cashiers are always courteous, but sometimes a bit chatty, and if youre in a hurry, like I always am, it can be a challenge to not become impatient. The staff also needs to be mindful of opening lanes when someone with mile-high piled cart pulls in… they need to respond quicker to open another lane. At the end of the day, though, all the employees here are all very sweet, and seem happy to serve their customers. I particularly appreciate their wine section here… very well stocked … but please get my Beringer White Merlot Back in the fridge right now, guys! Lately they aren’t keeping it chilled for me like they used to.

Great store, fun staff, but the frozen department is a disappointment! There used to be a kick ass worker named Ted who used to manage that section. He always kept everything in order & tip-top shape. Whenever something was out of stock at a different Vons store, you could count on Ted to have it on the shelf at Store 2125. He kept his out-of-stocks super low. Ravioli, Tortellini, Lasagna, Safeway Ice Cream cups, the list goes on. Whatever happened to that great guy?

I absolutely love this Von’s. So many times you walk into a grocery store and it’s overwhelmingly huge. This Von’s is the perfect size and it’s always easy to locate an employee. Because it’s a neighborhood Von’s the lines are rarely long and it’s easy to run in and out to pick up supplies. Did I mention their produce is awesome? Everything is fresh here and there’s always some sort of sale going on. It’s worth checking out if you live or are in the area.

We have been shopping at this Vons for over 20 years. They know your name, order foods you ask for, and are always friendly.

How do you really rate a grocery store. We came 5 minutes before closing to get some energy drinks and cookies. We got what we needed and checked out. The cashier was reading one of the pamphlets for a video game when we got up to him.

Wanted to buy some fresh pork chops. But the meat shelves were bare on a Thursday with not much selection. I was disappointed. Whatever was there, was there. Some of the meat looked old. So I had to drive to Albertson’s where there were a lot of FRESH selections.
