I wrote the executive director of the company with my feedback… in which I was factual but not crabby or aggressive. Nor did I ask for a break on the invoice. Didn’t expect one. But she did not reply in any manner. Their poor care has resulted in a much longer recovery than I should have had.

Never, never ever use this company. They sent out a woman for a 7 pm to 7 am shift to watch my father, who had just had a stroke paralyzing him, now a choking risk. Every time the night shift of the facility where he was came in to check on him, this woman was sound asleep! Not only that, the company went ahead and charged my debit card for the full amount WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I am now disputing this charge through the bank. Run, don’t walk, away from this company as fast as you can if you want good care for your loved one and fair business dealings.

He continues to do the walking and exercises that both nurses encourage him to do. I also appreciate the tips on how to continue taking care of my husband. This is one of the times I wish I could give negative stars… boy, are these people RUDE. And nasty. And the health care person they sent was actually very stupid… pleasant, but stupid.
Never, never use this agency.
They stink.
