I brought my IPAD mini in for repair, after purchasing a two year warranty for $ 169.00. Well the wonderful Geek squad wouldn’t honor the two year warranty. (had the iPad for one year). They said, that Apple required more money to fix the IPAD. After calling Apple, and sending them a copy of my warranty with Best Buy, Apple is going to fall it for me for free. No one at Geek Squad was knowledgeable about warranties, and the scam that they wanted more money. Apple said they will send them my receipt, and charge them for the repair, for failure to help repair an Apple product, under their legitimate warranty. Avoid Best Buy at all costs.

Had bad experience at Best Buy in the mall northridge so I came to the one in pacoima got help by Cynthia and Angela the best people explain to me my bill and the other Best Buy Northridge messed everything up I will recommend to come to the one in pacoima do not go to the Best Buy in northridge mall

A so called manager by the name of «Sam» is unable to provide good customer service. I am not sure if she just doesn’t know how to do stuff or if she just chooses not to help but either way, she is not very good at her job. I have actually gone to other Best Buys and the managers there are able to solve issues with their procedures to provide good customer service. I will find out who her boss is and give him/​her a call.

I give Best Buy a 4 star rating bec of Samantha a costumer service specialist who is Awesome! I wasn’t happy at first I had a part missing in my box that I purchased and on top of that the hassle of driving back and forth to the store made me more upset BUT she kindly helped us out and I left the store with a big smile on my face ! You are the best Samantha love your service!

Verizon is the worst. Three months ago i signed up and from then on i have been paying fees after fees. Fees for 411 calls, fees for extra data, fees to dial out, etc. A $ 45 dollar plan changes into $ 80 real quick. Customer service, specifically Rianna, turns rude because no one explained to you that 411 isn’t covered under unlimited calling. Even unlimited calling doesn’t mean unlimited, there are extra fees. I’m going back to TMobile. They may be a little bit more expensive $ 10, but you don’t pay all the extra fees.

Careful there’s select products in their store that they charge higher than others. Pay close attention including brand name products. Such as Apple anything. Beats Samsung etc. price matching is a pain in the ass. Just don’t give me a headache match up w the completion or wind up bankruptcy like other companies.

Looking for a good installer to install your car stereo, go to Best Buy in Pacoima. Ask for Markeyse to make an appointment. The guy was honest and good at what he does.

Went to bestbuy the other day and no one acknowledged me for the whole hour I walked around I wanted to buy a camera, fire stick, iPhone accessories but no one asked me if I needed help all the employees were either talking to each other or just walking around worse experience ever I wanted to spend some money but I guess they did not want my money plus I really couldn’t find what I was looking for I really needed help sucks

Wow, where do I begin? Okay, let’s start with my initial walk in. I was there just to pay a bill and jet back home but I manage to stumble around into the gaming section of the store! Aroused by the prices I begin to imagine my home with a white Xbox one in the living room for entertainment. It’s been awhile since I made a purchase for myself and I said «why not son!» I was grazing around and found what I was looking for. An associate of the store welcomes me and reassures me that my items are going to be well worth it. His name was Deuce or Deux, sorry if I butchered the spelling of his name. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. I tend to really think and ponder over a big personal purchase like this. Why not and we’re off to the register! He assured me that I am receiving the most competitive offer for my items with a price check! I walked out saving a few bucks and blew it on a 12 pack of coronas at the Costco near by in celebration! Thank you Deuce or Deux for making the experience well worth it and the console is amazing even though I’m still a noob at call of duty :}

The associates were very knowledgeable regarding DSLR Cameras. I ended up buying one along with a SDXC Micro Card, that writes fast and holds enough memory for fine pictures. I’m grateful this Best Buy is in my community that I will continue to support. Cheers!

Worst customer service ever! They don’t greet you when you enter or leave. I bought an open box HP lap top was missing the charger, covered in scratches, and it was said to have no damage and had all its accessories. After bringing it back they gave me the charger and said they could take off some of the price. Then the manager said because it was and online sale he would have to return it and wait for it to get back into the system and I would have to come back in a day to buy it again to get the discount I was offered for their mistake. Mind you they offered this I didn’t ask for it. Shitty service. iDK why thy even have a free standing store anymore…

I previously left a 5 star review… but no. Just no.
Yesterday the Staffing was very light and nobody in a blue shirt so much to say hello to us. I called the store from the middle of the store to attempt to find someone who worked in the store to help us out through it I just left our purchases. There was no one there. I walked around waving my hands in the air hoping somebody would look at a security camera and see me. Nobody did. I walk back and forth. I had to get my daughter off of the cash register in the TV area and still no one came by.
At the front door I asked who the operations manager. They got me some dude named Carlos whom I’ve dealt with before. Carlos is an idiot with no customer service. He was sniffling you mind, I need told me a sob story about how people kept calling in sick and there’s nothing he can do about the staff in his store. I told him I worked with him before and that is not an excuse. He was clearly in the store how come he wasn’t walking around noticing and how come other departments have multiple staff members and there was no one and the TV is on. He said there was one person, but I can find that person.
I ask is because the operations manager. Colors that I couldn’t talk to the operations manager because the operations manager was going to be tired and doing inventory at 4 o’clock in the morning the next day putting stickers all over the store.
I didn’t need to know any of that. I needed to know the name and contact information for the operations manager.
I was instead given the email for some dude named Jonathan. I’ll email Jonathan and not heard back.
If necessary, I can come into the store and teach about customer service.

You did not help me give you my dollars so I took my daughter’s away and went to Target and spent $ 400 instead.

My experience was just very unorganized. I signed up for a credit card which got approved and then after trying to buy something the guy realized he spelt my last name wrong. This led to a 20min call to the bank to straighten it out. They then realized the promotion I asked about was online/​store pick-​up only. They told me this after I paid and didn’t receive my $ 50gc. They then had to void the purchase and sent me to customer service where they had to «prepare» my order. This took another 20 minuets. I spent over an hour just trying to buy and Xbox and sign up for a credit card… very exhausting.

Dear Best Buy,
You have an ingrate so-​called manager named JASON in your Pacoima, CA store. My RETIRED MILITARY fiancé and I came to purchase an hp replacement power adapter and while paying at the cashier, asked if the store offers a military discount. She politely said no. We then asked if you could ask your manager as we have been given a discount at a Best Buy in Lancaster. I was thinking perhaps a manager may know more of the policy. A skinny white tall man came and said again that no, Best Buy does not give any Military discount. He said, «In fact, we’re not supposed to.» And said the reason is that it has to be reported in tax, as if lecturing us. Rudely, He walked away without even saying a word.
Really, Best Buy? This is how you educate you STORE LEADER? Rude, ungrateful and arrogant?
Retiring after 21 years of military service, 4 deployments to fight a war, coming home disabled, this is what they come home to?!?

Daniel O. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My husband and I went in to get him a new phone but we really weren’t sure what phone we wanted and all the terms and conditions of our upgrade. Daniel explained our options, payments, and even helped us choose a phone that best suite my husband’s needs. He even went a step further to help pick out a durable phone case and cleaned and put the case onto the phone. His customer service skills are above and beyond and we are very happy with the personalized service we received. Thank you so much! We will be back for my upgrade

WORST Customer service I have received out of every single store I have ever been to! So unbelievably IRATE with this Beat Buy!!! I have on hold for literally 28 minutes BEFORE they even answered the phone. So I came into the store to tell them to pick their damn phones! I’ll spend my $$$ elsewhere but never here that’s for sure! I WILL be writing a letter & calling corporate for sure!!! They cancelled my order without calling or emailing me about it & when I finally called to see what was going on they told me they cancelled it 3 days ago bc they couldn’t find it.

Thanks Luis for helping me find a reliable laptop for school and having the office software installed and for Angel who independently confirmed u had made good choices. Also, my 4 yr old is hyper today and everyone was kind to her.

Best Buy usually is a quagmire full of unfriendly people who act like they want to hurt you for being in thier store. Adolfo answered my questions about a few different products that were on sale & explained to me WHY they were on sale.
I don’t have a lot of discretionary money, so anything I buy is a big deal to me. Google’s partner, Asus just announced a temporary Sale of thier Android Wear Zenwatch for $ 129 on Google’s site only. It’s usally $ 200. I’m also usually pro Samsung everything, but Sammy hasn’t made a new smartwatch in 14 months. Mine is beat up to hell (I use it while hiking, swimming, everything) & looks a little unprofessional at work.
I did my research and discovered Samsung is releasing a new watch in the fall, along WITH Asus, but for $ 120 for a Flagship level device with a brown leather band that matches Verizon red? Hell yeah!
Adolfo graciously price matched this for me after I showed him the Web site and link. They made me feel like a star, even though I’m sure my purchase was paltry to what they usually deal with. I really appreciated the customer service attitude and willingness to help me!
