CVS Pharmacy

It’s probably the worst CVS location in all of California. The service there is not good. Is always messy and they usually do not have what you need «we are out…» Is what I heard more then once. The people working in the pharmacy is usually clueless about what is going on and that makes it frustrating.

So, I was in the store lip balm. It was slightly overpriced compared to Target across the street. Luckily it was a promo package, so it came was a cupcake flavored lip balm. $ 4.99 for 3 + 1 free cupcake flavored. I think it’s usually $ 3 – 4 for the 3 pack.
Any ways, no issues finding the lip balm myself, but it kind of annoyed me that Felicia the cashier was not in any mood to work that day. She waved me over with a face of disgust. Then as she is ringing me up, she complaining to her coworker about a customer and they are talking about how they can’t wait to finish work and just get out of there. LOL. I get if you need to vent, but do it away from customers. CVS = Unprofession. It just tells me working at CVS is not a place any one wants to work. Great job, Larry Merlo. You need to undercover boss your company.

Please do not use this pharmacy, they do not have a system to communicate with each other. For 2 weeks Omar and Mohommed is out of town, and the staff there is a dang on mess. I cleared my pain mess 3 times today with the doctor, called the 800 numbers, went 3 times today and they were still starting from the beginning. Help! If I die of stage 4 Cancer, remember to blame this mess of a pharmacy!

Seriously I only go to the store if I desperately need something. Or I get a coupon for it. I was there today and there was a line around the aisles, which is very common at this location. I’ve attached a picture of three employees who were sitting around gossiping while the one cashier was left to do all the work. This has to be the most badly managed store I’ve ever been to. And that’s why I only come here if I desperately need something. I will probably right management right now and let them know how unhappy everyone is about this location.

I TRUELY HOPE THAT MANAGER OF THIS STORE OMAR WILL READ THIS AND MAKE RADICAL CHANGES TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely terrible customer service: return items with Tita-​Tita comes from the back in the slowest pace possible after being called for help to a long line! She is chewing and does not even look at your way, aplogy for wait??? What? Thats NEVER! After tolerating her sluggish and ignorant behavior, pharmacy tech Angel topped it off! Just picking up prescription became a 20 minute ordeal: the asian tech (didnt get his name) could not apply a store coupon, even though he was able to apply a system recognized coupon of $ 20, can’t deny giving him credit for that. The computer froze in the middle of transaction, and while he could have used the other register, he did not! When I offered, tech named Angel did demonstrate all the worst aspects of customer service. No apology, no workaround, VERY OBVIOUS RUDE ATTITUDE!!!

one star cuz I had too, but that old decrepit fuck always standing in the first register is such an ass, he didn’t want to give me a refund for some coverup that was wrong shade and I had a receipt! !I couldn’t believe the senior clown, just because I removed the lil wrapper of the product and that’s where the scu number was, can you believe this troll? well luckily the really nice lady manager stepped in because she overheard his bulls hit ways of handling business, and with no problem gave me my money back. this fucker was just to lazy to go get another one of the exact object to compare to item on my receipt .wow!he felt a Lil stupid when I got my money back, don’t go to him if he refuses to not take care of you bypass his ass and ask for a manager. ive seen him treat people real shitty for no reason.

Only time I ever shop here is when every other place has sold out of cold medicine. Today there was this awful older guy working the cashier he was so rude that I am never coming back. I was purchasing some back pain relievers and he’s asking me if I have an email so I can save 20% off next time but I was busy looking at the atm screen seeing that the price for what I was buying wasn’t showing the discount so I tell him that those are supposed to go down 50% they’re on sale & RUDELY he yells at me «DID YOU NOT HEAR WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU»
He kept going on about the %20 off next purchase coupon & I told him no I don’t have an email. He then he kept making remark in a rude sarcastic way making me feel uncomfortable.
Honestly I think the guy has mental issues because not only is he rude but if a customer says no why are you still bugging & making comments in a rude way in front of them. Do you really think sarcasm & being rude to your customers will want them to come back? NO. Last & final time I ever come here. Good job hiring stupid people like that cvs.

Drive thru service is horrible. I’ve called to confirm my prescription was ready, and I was told to come back. It was super frustrating considering having a ear infection & cranky toddler ready for a nap.
Another time I came in to buy one thing & use the restroom: AVOID IT. Worse than some gas stations. The one on Hollywood Way isn’t any better either. The management must not find it necessary to keep the restrooms clean.

Standard CVS location here. I find myself visiting this location to add new items to my makeup bag (however on my last visit I did have to go to Rite Aid to find what I needed.)
Someone is usually there to greet you when you enter. The staff is very friendly and there is usually a security guard on duty.
They have great essentials oils in the back near the pharmacy like sweet almond, tea tree and eucalyptus that I like to use on my hair.
The pharmacy is a joke — expect to wait all day to get something filled. It’s usually backed up with irate customers. I’ve seen this on multiple occasions. They always claim they’re busy or backed up but nothing seems to be progressing. I dropped off a prescription and was told id receive a text in an hour to pick it up. 3 hours went by, so I called them. The woman told me to come get in it an hour — I said I dropped it off 3 hours ago. She then asked would I like to come get it now — I said would it be ready if I came now? She then told me 30 minutes … Why would I come now to wait another 30 minutes? Incompetent pharmacists make life difficult.
I will only come back for makeup and shampoo/​oils.

I live near by I’m a couponer I always bring people with me to help. I’ve bought hundreds of dollars of merchandise. Theyre somewhat poorly stocked and devin told me why. he said what days to go because of other couponers and he’ll save items for me if i call on saturdays. The manager Brian is great! Devin is great! Older lady great! Now there’s an older man with white hair. Everyone who I’ve ever brought can agree with me he is so sarcastic and rude. I literally walk out if he’s there. He is just awful!

The security guard was so rude the last time I came. I’m majoring in English I can read sir. There’s signs everywhere now that say they close at 10. I walk in grab a cart and he followed me to tell me they close in 15 minutes it was 9:35. I almost walked out but I was just grabbing some house warming gifts for a friend of mine that just moved. Anyway the one down the street closes later. Giving it 3 stars for Devin, Brian &the older lady. They put up with my coupons and are kind.

The store was fine except for many things that I came for had run out. As far as the checkout process, I came at 0930 on a Sunday and the line was 4 people long. Now I understand the need to call another cashier to the front who seemed to be rude and in a hurry, her name was Christina, but to have a 20 minute conversation with a customer about the world series while there is a line and everyone is waiting is just bad customer service.

Wow, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at CVS… Went here a couple days ago to return some unopened food that I had bought the day before. The man who seemed like the manager told me that since I bought it at the West Hollywood CVS, it was a «different district» and acted as though that was a problem. I’ve never had a problem returning something to a different CVS location. Then, he said they «usually» don’t return food and sounded iffy on it and unsure. When I pressed him and asked why, he said «It’s policy.»
OK. So I continue to buy a 6 pack of beer and… I DON’T GET CARDED! Um, is carding people not in your policy either? That makes sense.
In case you were wondering, I was able to return them to CVS in WeHo. I even asked them if returning food was against their policy, and they said NO.

I know it’s cvs, but come on. Costumer service was horrible. The man at the register was unfriendly and rude. He made me want to walk out and go somewhere else.

I’ll take this CVS Pharmacy over the sh*thole on Hollywood Way any day. I dropped off my prescriptions and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. No sooner did I arrive next door to get a snack did I get a text that they were ready for pickup. The pharmacists were courteous, not overly friendly though and still appeared to be overly stressed. But at least they weren’t rude. Sure he greeted me with «Good Morning» at 3:30 in the afternoon and called me «Sir» when I clearly have boobs, but I’ll let it slide and likely return to this location.

This cvs used to be nice. They are always out of stock on popular things you need from products like shampoo, make up, OTC drugs, deodorant, etc… Their pharmacy needs to pull it together. If you go through the drive thru and there’s a problem with your medication don’t be surprised that you have to go inside and then wait in another line ! They lost my prescription before and said I never gave it to them and when I asked them to check the cameras they said they delete footage after 2 weeks. There’s this guy Mohammed that works there and he is so rude to customers and his own employees. He even looked at my medication and told me I didn’t need it. There is always a line of 4 or more ppl because they only have one person at the pharmacy register. The only good thing is the workers at the front of the store. They are welcoming and know where everything is (if they have it in stock).

Yoona is the nicest smartest pharmacist ever !! Everyone here is amazing

What do you do when you want to quickly pick up your Rx and your doctor already called in your prescription for your sick little baby and the poor little guy is wailing in the back seat? You go to the drive thru. Now, what’s the point if the staff ask you to come inside? Apparently, JASMINE is not capable of working the drive thru or her job title If she can’t process the insurance cards and knock out the drive thru customers like the drive thru was intended for. She had no sympathy that my baby was crying and sick. Thanks Jasmine. For making me come back 3 times.

I HATE this place. I’m forced to go here because my insurance company forces me to use CVS for prescriptions. I will switch back to the other less hellish one on Hollywood Way after today. I’ve reached my limit with this dump. Without exception, I have suffered through inept staff, excruciatingly long lines at the pharmacy, filthy & unstocked store, etc. the list goes on & on.
Tonight’s final straw: after waiting over 2 hrs for Rx, they told me it would be «another 2 hrs if I waited at drive-​thru or at least 20 min if I came inside», which means waiting in their filthy, over-​crowded «waiting room». There was a mob of people waiting, 4 seats, 2 – 3 children running and screaming and throwing toys all over, the staff chit chatting with each other, as if there wasn’t a mob standing there waiting and waiting and waiting.
Nothing is worth the aggravation you will suffer any time you enter this 7^th ring of hell.

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to — and I’ve been here on multiple occasions, so I feel that statement is fully justified.
If you need a prescription filled, save yourself a lot of waiting time by going somewhere else. The lines for both drop off and pick up are always long, thanks in large part to the slow, SLOW staff working behind the counter. When you finally do make it to the front of the line, it’s not uncommon for the employees to jump back and forth between customers, which only makes the process even slower.
The rest of the drugstore is usually not very well stocked, and there are never employees available to help when you need to find something.
With a Target Pharmacy (which always has much shorter lines and faster, friendlier service) right across the street, do yourself a solid and make the switch. This place is a stressful no-​go, especially when you’re sick.

What a lousy CVS. I should have just gone to Target across the street. The service at the register is extremely slow and the lady there had a major attitude.
