Really nice apartments. But the manager makes the place worth living there. Super sweet and cool. She is down to earth and funny.

Just keeping up-​to-​date, my ceiling which was reported December 18th 2010 to be leaking a substantial amount is yet to be fixed. Carpets stained, ceiling stained, caving in and molding. It has been about three weeks and my apartment manager is yet to solve the problem. Didn’t even send someone out until Tuesday January 4th 2011. A plumber was sent when a roofer was suppose to be sent out but the supervisors refused to send one out. There are laws to protect tenants that if an apartment manager disregards mold, they are legally required to let the tenants out of the lease. Looks like it is now a legal battle to get of this horrid apartment.
