The parking lot is under construction, so they provided free valet parking… Just tip the people. The front check in girl was nice and answered all of our questions. They have you check in two hours before your surgery so you can fill out paperwork and get prepped. The I.V. Nurse, Tanya, was very direct, but did a good job with inserting the needle. She reminds me of a drill Sargent that’s getting close to retirement. Dr. Dalali did a great job on the cataract surgery and was his usual nice self. The recovery room nurse, Meghan, was especially nice and was very thorough on the check out procedure. Everyone was very nice over-​all… A pleasant experience. One thing they could prove on is the generic restroom next to the waiting room. It’s really in the next room of tall cubicles. It’s like a broom closet that was converted to a generic one room restroom. The lock isn’t this great and you’re not sure if it’s really locked or not.

Had shoulder surgery the other day. This place is very spotless. Staff is very helpful & nice not to mention very patient. Just one complaint… air conditioning. I felt it was very cold. Saw a thermostat that read 67. No wonder. Not only I had this «heating blanket» that pumps warm air in it but I was still cold and asked for real blanket which they accommodated me with a real heated blanket that they placed under the «warm air blanket». More better thank you.

Had kidney stone surgery with a stent today. My put ya to sleep Doc James Nassiri, super nice and made me feel good about going under. My sexy male nurse Brad Wilson, also very nice and caring. My recovery room nurse Elizabeth Olay, kept me pain free, and warm with their toasty blankets. I forgot the name of my admitting nurse but she was a very nice Indian lady. Hospital seemed very clean, people very nice, and bathrooms spotless. I felt really good coming here. Would definitely recommend them.

I had surgery at PHCSC on Dec. 21, 2011 and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very kind and considerate and put you at ease. Everything was patiently explained to me while I was there, they called before the surgery with instructions and to answer any questions, then did a follow up call after my surgery to make sure I was doing OK. This is an extremely clean and professional group. I would prefer to have any future surgeries done at this location. This is a swell group of people that enjoy their jobs and have the patients best interests at heart.

What can I say, Dr Strazzeri is great. Communicates with me, everything that he and his staff promise on doing, gets done.

My doctor had me come to this surgery center for a minor outpatient procedure.
The staff here was excellent. They called me a couple of days prior to my surgery to discuss the cost and what I should expect upon arrival. The day before my surgery another nurse called me to go over diet restrictions and any questions I had.
When I arrived I filled out some paperwork and was pretty quickly moved into one of the rooms. The facility seems to be busy and doing a lot of procedures a day but the staff is all VERY patient and courteous. They were all very friendly, had some jokes and made the whole situation very comforting.
The nurses explained every step of the process whether checking my vitals or inserting meds into my IV. When one of the nurses told me i would be going under general anesthesia rather than local I was a bit freaked out but she had the anesthesiologist come over and explain everything to me.
I felt very comfortable here. When I woke up I had a nurse right next to me who helped me with everything and even brought me a 7up and some graham crackers :)
A few days after my procedure I even got a follow up phone call to see how I was doing (which I expected from my doctors office, not them). I was very pleased and think this is an excellent place to go if you are having any procedure done.
