Gave us a price and the night before the work was to be performed called and stated that price did not include the materials! What?! Refused to honor the price they quoted. Bad business ethics and very unprofessional!

Had a 2:00 PM appointment to have one their guys come to my home and give me an estimate. I left work so that I could meet them at that time. 2:20 PM and still no one shows up. So I call to see what’s going on and I get «we’re running late… do you want to reschedule?»
No apology. No phone call letting me know they will be late. Nothing. Just a rude voice at the other end of the phone who could really care less. If this is how they treat new clients I can’t imagine how they treat you once they get your business.
