Allan Vides

I just want to congratulate Allan Vides and his company on all his success! I’ve been in business with Allan for over 16 years and the reason is because of his leadership qualities and expertise to run such a successful office! Allan is driven and always willing to help, motivate and inspire all who works with him. Congratulations Allan, anyone who lets you become their agent will be one happy home seller or home buyer!!!

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Vides during my home shopping experience.
Being a first time home buyer, I wasn’t too sure what was out there in the market and what to look for. I gave Allan my general price range as well as real estate areas I was looking to purchase a home and Allan went right to work. We visited several houses over a weekend to get a feel for specific items I may be interested in. This helped Allan narrow down his search to suit my needs.
Allan did not send me hundreds of MLS listings, instead he did his homework and found the ones that fit me well. We did visit a few homes above and below my price range just to see the differences. Never did I feel pressured to put an offer and a home I was unsure about. Allan is very knowledgeable in his field oh work and willing to answer any questions you may have. He knows his area of real estate very well. Why? Because he does not have to punch in the home addresses on a GPS to get there, just takes a quick look at his map and your there. He is very easy to talk and very flexible. My work schedule is pretty much fixed (Mon-​Fri 7am-​5pm), and we were still able to look at homes in the evening. I feel his previous work experience as an estimator helped me find the right home. Some homes were over priced others needed repairs, he would walk the home with me and point out areas of concerns (positive and negative).
Overall my home shopping experience was a walk in the park. I began looking for a home in November 2011, By January 2012 I had my set of keys. Allans work did not stop once I got my keys. He followed up with me after moving in to see if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Mr. Vides to friends and family. Keep up the good work!
