Came here to get a system installed. They installed it wrong, I went to tell them to install it the right way and they said it was going to be an extra $ 30 bucks. Charging extra for something they should have done right the first time. Will never come here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Just took my Audi A4 in for a stereo upgrade. Everything was fast installed. However when I went home I realized the radio would not turn off when I turned off the car. Waited for about 10 minutes and still it was on. So I went back to the shop where they said the cable was connected wrong. Okay. Went back home.
Later on I turned my car on and my oil sensor came on.
Took it to jiffylube and the manager said nothing wrong with my oil had to be that they crossed a wrong wire or blew a fuse.
Went back the next day and they said they were going to fix it. It’s been 1 hr and a half. And still no phone call to pick up my car.
Really pissed off and if I have to return to the shop again. I will be returning for my full refund and free installation of my original equipment. This is honestly ridiculous. Never go here again.

I bought a new car radio online for me and my girlfriend, and stopped in to see how much it would cost and when I could schedule an appointment. They were able to install it right away, and great pricing.
After they finished my car, I was back 10 minutes later and they swapped out my gf’s radio. Both work perfect! Great service!

This place over charges. They say they give you a good price but never gave me a receipt to prove it. I got an alarm because i had gotten my car broken into. They said they’d put a multiple siren alarm and it didn’t have any siren but the honk alarm. I got a new stereo and needed the vents and plastic around it that holds the stereo in place. They told me they’d get a new part (the vents and stereo holder for my car) and they just glued the broken one I already had and charged me for the new one anyways. When i told them about it the guy said he was sure it wasn’t the same part because he had that part in his car. My thought was, why would you take off a part from your car to put it in another. They assured me they would get the vents for me and they would call when they received them. It took about a month when I went back to ask the whats up and he said he couldn’t find it in the junkyard. Till this day I’ve been waiting on there call. I lost hope that they’ll call me back. They do everything half fast and tell you to come back tomorrow. They do it to get more money out of you. I will never go back to this place and recommend not to go there unless you want to pay a lot of money for a half fast job.

The manager here is unprofessional. He tried rushing me into buying something that I haven’t agreed upon yet. I came in to get a stereo kit, he checked my stereo said he was gonna have to put in this and that blah blah to make my stereo work and all, but my stereo audio worked fine, he was trying to get some easy money off me, trying to play me for a fool. The reason for the two stars is because his staff was friendly, but the manager himself not good, definitely not coming back here thanks to him. Very bad experience

Equipment is definitely higher than others, but I shopped around for everything and came here for the install. Cheapest install prices from any other place I found.
Can’t beat $ 40 to wire my amp and subs to the deck. I forgot one part I needed and they quoted me $ 30.00, which anywhere else probably would have been half that price. But to save time and get my stuff installed, I went ahead and bought it. So everything came out to $ 70, which was still cheaper than the $ 100 Best Buy and others quoted.
Install took about an hour and they did a clean job. Completely satisfied with the work they did here. Probably coming back to get my windows tinted. Quoted me $ 120 for all 5 windows.

They Fixed my home speaker. It was a simple fix. A bad connection. He did’nt charge me a fee. Thanks. Great customer Service

RIP OFF ALERT!!! I was shopping around getting quotes to upgrade my stock halogen headlights to HID lights on my truck. The quotes I was getting from most shops ranged anywhere from $ 90 to $ 120, long story short this place quoted me $ 250! Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

I only needed the installation my car stereo I had purchased online to replace the one that was stolen a few weeks ago. (I know, who does that nowadays?!)
My BF called for pricing, and deciding that the $ 30 install fee was worth him not having to do it, we took the car over. After we got there, they took a look and told us we needed the plug to connect the wires to the radio because the theif stole that part, too, which would cost another $ 20.
They promptly went to work plugging the forty-​million wires together and got it installed. Overall, it took about fifteen minutes total in the shop. The guys were even nice enough to explain my new device functions, even though I had not bought it there.
I’d recommend them for efficient and convenient service for car stereo installation!
