I can’t imagine anyone saying that David, the owner, did a fabulous job. His webpage says that his work is guaranteed. However, after he does the job and you pay him he gives you a receipt for the payment and writes NO GUARANTEE FOR WORK DONE. If you try to ask him why, he tells you that’s his policy. When I pointed out that his website said his work was guaranteed, he took on a menacing body posture and was quite scary. He snaked my sewer line and two weeks later the sewer started backing up again into my tub. When I called him he again said his work wasn’t guaranteed and refused to return. This man is a theft and any positive reviews written on Unilocal must be by his relatives or «friends». DON“T USE THIS SERVICE.

Bargain Rooter was fabulous! My husband called several companies to diagnose and unblock a main drain pipe for our home. This was a complex and potentially expensive problem that might have required breaking up the driveway to troubleshoot the blockage. David was very responsive, competent, and reasonably priced. He brought the right equipment with him — a very long snake, managed to clear the blockage efficiently within 90 minutes, and charged ¹⁄₃ of what the other company has estimated. We would definitely use him again.
