The two stars are only for the dr and the older man he was very nice she was nice but the girl in the front is misleading money hungry horrible It’s like she gets commission for selling overpriced frames

Horrible service, the girl in the front Ruby didn’t greet me she stared at me like umm who are you what do you want? I have great eye/​vision insurance I will take my business else where. Minus one star for this business.

This place is gross I came with my mom to get her eyes dilated when I asked the girl who put the drops in if they reuse the drops she asked why I said because it touched her eyelash she didn’t even wipe the tips on the drops before or after. People can get an infection if they touch the mucus membrane. After I told her she just wiped the dropper and put it back on the shelf that’s so disgusting. I’m in the medical field and work with eye surgeons so I know but other people don’t know better. Terrible practice. And parking is terrible

Great place! I like the small personal attention. I’m a sucker for good service and this place nailed it. The doctor, the people helping, the nice old dude. Just fantastic! I used to be of the idea, save a few bucks and go to a big box store. But after the great service, short wait and personal attention it is totally worth the premium. I always viewed glasses like an appliance and if they work ok then fine. I didn’t think them as stylish. But the the nice blond lady pulled out some Tom Ford glasses… Ugh! I’m in love! Also, since I work in front of two gigantic computer monitors the doctor recommended varilux. Great idea! In theory… I gave them a whole hearted shot for two weeks, but I could not get used to them, they actually made me nauseous. No problem! I thought that I was going to have to pay for new lenses, but nope! They’ll take the varilux and get me new lenses at no charge. Awesome! I really love this place.

Run the other way !!! Never, never go here. I’m a pretty passive person but their staff is so rude and unprofessional. I ordered 2 pairs prescription designer eyeglasses for my son and myself not only did it seem like they mind assisting us they were rushing us out of there. Ok so fine, when I went to pick up our glasses when they finally were ready they gave me cheap plastic cases for both of them after I had already paid about $ 900. So I requested to have the actual cases that should come with my glasses. They pull out a box full of other cases not made for mine but I declined. They said they’d have to order the one for our glasses. So I was ok. They calls me that they arrived and when I went to pick them up they had only ordered one!!! I paid for 2 pairs of eyeglasses remember!!! Frustration to the max. Top it off they were acting like they were doing me a favor. Omg!!! And demanded the plastic cheap case that ripped after 2 uses back. I left message after message and supposedly manager was never in and never returned my call. The Dr. didn’t either so I wonder iif they ever got my messages. Doubt it. Don’t deal with these people unless you want to get ripped off.
