Excellent service told them what I needed on my truck no questioned asked and was out in less then 30 minutes

Came in a couple days ago to service my car and out of all jiffylube’s i been to, this is the best location. Staff are professional and friendly. I got the best deal thanks to their customer service I am totally going back for sure. Thanks!!!

Nice guys, took the car right in and got a quick high mileage oil service. They also asked me how often I replace my oil instead of just slapping an annoying 3000 mile sticker on my window, I thought that was cool. Was in and out in 20 minutes

I had the worse experience ever today. I took my 2013 Nissan for a basic oil change like I always do, apparently the oil that they have been using for the last 2 oil changes was the wrong oil and I had to up grade to the most expensive oil they had. They refused to service my car unless I upgraded the oil. The employee (SALVADOR)(SAL) was so rude and mean to me he had no customer service skills and had the nerve to lie to me! they made me feel dumb, he obviously discriminated me because I’m a female. I did not just waste my time but gas because i had to drive all the way to jiffy lube in reseda. Where they changed my oil and gave me the exact same oil i always used, they did not force me to upgrade. I think this jiffy lube needs new management asap!!! I will never ever place foot at this location again! And for all the staff there you CAN NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE ANYTHING IF THEY DO NOT PLEASE TOO!!! AND REFUSE SERVICES TO THEM!!! what is your deal.

Its cool bu t had to make sure youngster put in the right oil because the first time he almost put the wrong oil in but we caught it in time.

Have frequented this location for over a year now and it has not once failed me. Always consistent in speed, customer service and most importantly professionalism.
Oh and don’t forget that just by checking in you get 10 dollars off… EVERY visit.

I have taken my wife’s car here 7 times now and the service is always consistent. The most important thing to me is the speed of the service. I want it done fast, so I don’t have to sit there and wait. They have consistently completed the car within 25 minutes. Just enough time for me to go next door and get a pina drink. Everyone is always professional and never push extra’s on me.

This is the second or third time i go to this jiffy lube location and i have never had a bad experience. Great customer service, thumps up!

First time at this jiffy lube, had to stop for an emergency! These guys are quick and full of information, they took care of me right and in a pleasant way. Oh and free car wash with oil change! Great place and clean!

Excellent customer service! I got in and out of here on a Saturday in about 15 minutes. Not all Jiffy Lube franchises are the same… just sayin’. Ask for Ruben.

I’ve patronized their location for some time. Today will have been my last.
I decided to upgrade to using synthetic oil this time. Synthetic oil is more expensive, but I understand it’s better for your engine, and you only have to get your oil changed every 6,000 miles as opposed to 3,000. At checkout the attendant said I’m good for the next 3,000 miles, at which time I reminded him of the service plan I purchased. He apologized, corrected himself restating it should be 6,000 miles. As I was leaving, I asked the manager to confirm that my sticker reflects the 6,000 miles, to which he guaranteed «Yes». He then asked the attendant who worked on my vehicle who also told me the sticker reflected 6,000 miles as my next scheduled oil change, which meant that 3 attendants confirmed and guaranteed the sticker accurately reflected my next oil change.
I left trusting them until, several miles down the street, I looked at the sticker realizing they had lied, and that the sticker indicated 3,000 miles, fully half the amount of miles I paid for through the synthetic oil option. Had I not caught that, had I not paid attention, I could have likely driven off and forgotten that I was meant to return in 6,000 miles as opposed to 3,000.
I drove back immediately and gave them an earful.
You hear of sting operations that reveal scams like this. I can understand an honest mistake, but separate confirmations from 3 employees, one being a manager, leaves me understandably suspect. I believe they tried to scam me.
How many others have fallen victim to these scams? I even question whether or not they even used the more expensive synthetic oil I paid for.
I won’t risk getting screwed by this location again. I won’t be returning.

Quick service. Girl at the counter is really good. I recommend it here. I will return for my next oil change and the recommendations they gave me. Use a coupon… You get a free reg car wash here too.

I’m an automotive journalist and always do my own oil change but it was 95 degrees and I just couldn’t help but think that I’ll take my car to jiffy lube to get it done just this once. First I called and I mentioned to the person on the phone that I had my own oil and filter. He said no problem Bring it in. Its gonna be $ 27. I arrive and I tell the girl I spoke with someone on the phone. She rolls her eyes and says. About what. With an attitude. Then she leads me to than waiting area. Someone calls me over to get my information. As I’m walking out into the work area I hear someone revving a car to at least 5k rpm. Then the guy tell me your car need premium blah blah. I told him I brought my own and filter. He said its gonna be $ 32 because of tax. That makes no sense. Anyway. I wont be coming back

Very Excellent Service!!! Highly recommended everyone comes here who lives in the Valley.
Not even less than 5 minutes and my car was serviced. All employees worked together as a team and have a great staff, and they open the door for you when you exit your car enter the store and enter your vehicle when it’s ready!

I came with a coupon for $ 20.15 for a signature service oil change. The assistant manager «Tesh» informed me that the coupon I had was only valid at a specific location, not this one. Yet, the coupon did not state that fact in the fine print. Annoyed, I explained to him that given that it’s a Jiffy Lube coupon that does not state any restrictions on the coupon other than the expiration date that had yet to pass, and that he should honor it. He said something to the degree that their policy dictates that he could not since they have their own in house coupons. Prepared to drive away, I politely acknowledged that it wasn’t his fault, but that the store policy is not fair, and that I would like to follow up with a manager. He remained very professional, and after listening to my very good point, he offered to give me the service for $ 25 (a discount on their $ 37 service) to account for my time and coming out.
***4 stars: Their policy is unethical and posting coupons without the restrictions is not only false advertising, but a waste of time for customers. Nonetheless, this was clearly great service from Tesh! At the end on the day, that really goes a long way!***
