Another review talks about how rude these people are. A mistake was made on an order that I had. I ordered a ½ sheet for my sons birthday party and was given a price. We get a missed call and voicemail after that during the evening and we did not have a chance to look at it. This morning I talked to the rep on the phone who told me a mistake was made. I told them I knew I ordered a ½ sheet and that is what I expected. I was told to speak to the manager upon my arrival. I get here and am confronted with«a manager» who was rude and did not understand that I was given a price for a cake. I would not pay for the mistake of the employee. They are unprofessional here and will never come back.

The one star only reflects the rude workers and rude owner. My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years throughout the years the customer service has failed the straw that broke the camels back is when I picked up my son’s birthday cake the total came out to 13.95 since they don’t take arm or debit cards another inconvenience we wrote a check my son’s name already on the cake mind you they said if I wanted to use a check it would have to be over 15 dollars we were late and the place was packed and I understand I could have bought a couple of breads but I didn’t I asked if I could speak to the owner he said no so I left lost a loyal customer. Go to Milagros on Pierce and foothill next to domino’s better bread but the wait time is a little longer as the bread rolls out fresh every 20 min all day long no rude service here.

I love my bakery! This is the only place where my husband and I will buy cakes and actually eat them. The cake here is delicious! Keep up the good work. And the ladies there are not rude at all. They are lovely.

This place has the best pan dulce around. It’s fresh, cheap, and delicious. The major downside to this place is that the staff is so rude, especially the ladies working mornings. They ignore you as you walk in and while taking your order, they randomly walk away or start talking to someone else. They also don’t take cards, only cash which SUCKS! Overall, OK place.

I’ve never seen such disorganization. The lady that helped was rude as hell. She acted as if she could not hear me no matter how loud I spoke to her. She walked off and started doing something else that was totally irrelevant to helping me. She then brings me two cakes that aren’t even mine… writes the names on it and all and expects me to buy those because according to her it was the one I ordered. I told her please listen to me re explained to her what I wanted when she went to write happy birthday on the cakes she coughs all over them… disgusting. I ended up walking out with nothing. I’ve come here my whole life and I’ve not ever had this bullsh:2 happen.

Just had their tres leche cake for the first time for my parents anniversary. All I can say is AMAZING!!! Totally beats out Porto’s! Says a lot coming from a Cuban girl! This place will now be my go to place for a tres leche cake! Sorry Porto’s, but this place blows you out of the water!!!

Love this place. it’s always been my family’s go to spot for special occasions. The cakes go a long way in feeding a big group. a simple sheet cake for only $ 20! Highly recommend the chocolate with mocha filling. My best experience here was buying my wedding cake for my wedding reception. the did such an amazing job with the details in the icing, and didn’t clash at all with the black and dark purple roses. elegant and beautiful for only $ 50 dollars.

I used to love this place. Especially the tres leches cake. Today after eating next door, my son wanted to get some cookies. My 3 year old and I were literally left Waiting for 10 minutes with lots of stares from the workers and none came up and asked me if I needed help. One of them even came in front of me to dust the coffee maker. It was 4 p. m and I guess dusting it was way more important than attending us! Thank you! For the bad customer service! I will take my money somewhere else. Which I did. I left.

Cakes are great! I mean where are you going buy good tres leches cakes around here? I drive all the way from Santa Clarita just for these cakes because it’s that good. As far as customer service goes, you get what you pay for. Cakes are delicious and cheap! You can’t really expect to get great customer service in this hole in the wall. Get in and get out type of place. «You can’t have your cake and eat it too».

Friendly staff. I would suggest a number system or a specific start to form a line. It looked kind of disorganized on where and how to begin other than that, theres a lot of cake. I purchased the mocha tres leches $ 10.25 and the chocolate and fudge $ 10.50. I love how might the tres leches was! The chocolate and fudge was too dense for me.

Employees calling costumers liars. Called this morning to get the price of their cakes. I was told 29.75 and options of strawberry, peach and mocha. Asked what the total was with taxes since they do not accept credit or debit carda, I was told that was the final price. Stopped by BofA to get some cash and when I was about to pay they charged me kkre, I explained the situation and she said I was a liar and no body there would say the price was 29.75. The difference you might be wondering? 1.10usd, she told me I could take the cake but that I was lying about the price. The manager needs to pay attention to costumer service and train all their people to give accurate information to costumers.

AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS! This is the most unprofessional and rude bakery I’ve ever been to! The owner lacks people skills and clearly has no means to build trust with her customers! Long story short, we ordered a cake, when it was time to pick it up, there was no cake to be found!!! All staff members acted as if it was our fault our cake wasn’t made and ready. After an unpleasant exchange of words, they told me «why don’t you just go somewhere else??!» Not only did I place an order for my cake in advance and pay for it, but it’s NOT ready and IMTOLDTOGOSOMEWHEREELSE? Such an unpleasant experience that I don’t wish on anyone who is ready to pick up a cake for someone’s birthday. What a disappointment. More importantly, its my fault for going to this dump in the first place. should have just gone to Portos.

Not happy! The bakery could not make me the cake I wanted in the first place. ½ chocolate, ½ white. Ordered a yellow with buttercream frosting! What I received was more frosting than cake! My family had a frosting cake! Buttercream did NOT taste like buttercream, and the cake was extremely dry! What I could not mistake by looking at the inside was the entire cake was made by cutting 1 layer and making it the entire cake, then loading it with fake buttercream. The middle layer was 1 and ½ inches of frosting, ugh! I called and spoke to management, there was no compassion and they did not seem to care! When this happens to customers, guess what, they don’t return!

My Bakery bakers/cooks seem to have their act together. The owner does not. This year we were excited to try Rosca de Reyes from My Bakery. Well, that excitement was crushed about an hour before our dinner event. After leaving work, where cell phone reception is absent, my wife saw a voicemail from My Bakery. They asked for a call back to avoid having her reserved Rosca de Reyes being sold to someone else. By 6 pm, when she was free, her Rosca was sold. Management informed me this was a decision made by the Business Owner, Russell(thats the name I understood). I understand sometimes business decisions do not make sense to consumers but this one to me is totally without thought. If you are worried about having leftover product, then dont allow consumers to reserve them the day before, this way they will plan their day accordingly. At the very least tell customers your employees will be needing to get a hold of you the day of. Hope this helps you out next year Russell! Luckily, we had a friend waiting in line at another bakery, Portos. Lets go with what works.

I would just like to give a huge shoutout real quick to the Worlds Best Bakery!!! Went looking around for treats for my sister to give out for her dance class tonight. Because Halloween is in three days, all the Christmas stuff is out already. Well my mom told me to go to My Bakery. And we’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint!!! And when I walk in sure enough fresh pumpkin sugar cookies from the oven. $ 3.40 for a large dozen or $ 2.40 for a small dozen. How could you go wrong!!! Thank you My Bakery for being so awesome, inexpensive, delicious, and fast. You the real MVP!!!

Although I do love their 3 leches cakes, I am very disappointed with the fact that they cannot DECORATE cakes and today’s customer service was not ok. I went in last night with a picture of what I wanted, and was told I’d have to go back in the morning when the«decorator» was there(from 6:30−11am). Went in this morning at 8(called in late to work) and explained to one of the ladies why I was there. She had me show her the picture, and it was pointless because the«decorator» had gone out to get breakfast and would be back in about 10. I went back 20 minutes later, and was helped by a different person because the lady to whom I had explained what I wanted 20 minutes ago, just walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me. Instead of helping me since she knew what I was there for and was the ONLY person«in line», she said to show the other person what I needed. The other person went to the back to «ask the decorator» and apparently he said«No». What kind of «bakery», who specializes in cakes, does not decorate cakes?! I am so frustrated. Learn to decorate!!! What I think really happened is that the lady whom I spoke with first, didn’t appreciate my frustration, so she said«No» on behalf of the decorator. I’ve seen some of their decorated cakes… and what I wanted is incredibly simple. I am very disappointed with this bakery and will take my business elsewhere.
