Worst Pizza Hut!!! They never deliver on time and always have an excuse as to why they are late. Never again!!!

If I could give this location 0 stars, i would. They usually mess up my order. I received a coupon through the email and the manager Juan, did not want to honor it. He said I would need to go into this location and personally show him. He also started to add in that it must be pick up and it must be pizzas. I read to him and it said A pizza. When I asked him a question he laughed. How unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this place anymore.

The night shit is so rude I said shit because that’s how I feel… that’s what happens when you don’t have a career you deal with little rude disrespectful little kids who don’t know what the fuck they’re doing that’s how mad I am. This pizza was a bit cool, but it was delivered on time, made exactly the way I asked, and I’ll order again. Clean professional delivery driver. Spoke English, nicely dressed, and cheerful about his job. The Sriracha Honey sauce was amazing, the pretzel crust cooked right, the topping I ordered were fresh and plentiful.

One pizza delivered from one mile away should NOT take 45 minutes. Called and a guy named Jonathan decided to argue 45 minutes versus 43 minutes.(Which technically was the time I called. Technically.) Finally got the pizza/wings. Wrong pizza, wrong dipping sauce. Called Jonathan again to return unwanted pizza and get a refund, and I was told it would take THIRTYMINUTES before the driver(who probably hasn’t left his parking spot) to credit us.

Pizza never showed up after 55min passed the expected arrived the fake manger named Rigo. When I asked for his full name he said it was Rigo Berto. Then after I told him I needed the store location number to complain to corporate he said hold on let me pass you to my manager Ana C. But apparently she was too busy to come to the phone. What kind of service is this. You can’t trust the person over the phone just image your food.

Do not walk-in to order! Their service is horrible! They didn’t greet me after 3 minutes of standing there. Then when the kid finally came to the counter, he helps the lady that just walked in. When I said, excuse me, I was here first, he dismissed me and said, «Well I started her order you have to wait.» What!!! I left! I love Pizza Hut, but if they keep hiring people like that, I’m switching to Papa Johns!!!

Horrible place to waste your money and their customer service is horrible. The pizza is ugly and it is not how a pizza is suppose to be. To bad that Papa Johns closed. Just go to Costco their pizza is cheap and it taste better!!!

The worst pizza since dominos ! Cardboard crust, what a waste of time and $! Pizza is as bad as Chicago Bears game. Would have been better off driving to Lil Toni’s in N. Hollywood.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever I do not recommend ordering from this place you will be waiting two or more hours on a $ 12 order… This is my fourth time calling back and they are filled with nothing but excuses. The free delivery doesn’t even make up for the inconvenience.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had when ordering pizza. While it was an understandably busy and rainy night, there is no excuse for the complete lack of customer service on their part. It took nearly TWOHOURS to get my pizza(when the website quoted us an hour), during which time my boyfriend went out INTHERAIN to the store to find out what was taking so long. When the pizza finally arrived, I explained the situation to the delivery person who gave me an attitude before going back to his car to «make a phone call». Apparently, because I did not have the credit card, the delivery person took off with my pizza, just as my boyfriend was arriving home.(This place is literally about a 5 minute drive from our residence). Additionally, we could not get ahold of anyone on the phone that night either while we waited the inordinately long amount of time just to have my delivery swiped from me. I will grant that they reversed the charge on the credit card, which is at least honest of them. What makes this situation all the more frustrating, though, is that when I called later on to lodge a complaint, the feedback I received was rude and the representative was full of excuses. Yes, I recall that it was a rainy night and I do not need to be patronized and asked if I «remember» it being so. It was the evening of my birthday so, yes, of course I remember. And yes, I understand that it was very busy. That said, there is simply no excuse for the lousy attitude of their staff and lack of communication. Very bad business practice. Funny, too, how that same night, after the entire debacle, we called Papa Johns who both took $ 10 off of the bill(that’s right, for our trouble with an entirely DIFFERENT pizza delivery company) and got us our pizza in about 15 minutes despite the rain and obvious busyness. Pizza Hut, you’ve just lost a customer.
