Smart and Final

I come to this location once in a while. Even on a busy day there’s tons of parking to select from due to the design of the Plaza itself. Every time we come here it’s always tidy and clean. Not once have I came to this location and it was not clean and tidy.
Tons of selections to choose from in every single aisle, from fresh produce to diary section, and from canned goods to frozen goods/​alcoholic beverages aisle. When it comes to cashiers, they make sure to not have their customers waiting for a while.
I am not 100% sure if this a policy of theirs, but I’ve noticed that when there’s 3+ customers waiting in line, they communicate with their co-​workers to open another register to ensure that their customers aren’t waiting for long periods. The satisfaction doesn’t just stop there, they are interactive with their customers are greet them in a friendly manner.
Definitely come try this location out, cause I have not had one bad visit to this location and I hope they keep up their trend and standards.

The employees are professional and very pleasant. They offer help you out to your car when your cart is overloaded. The store is very clean, well organized, the prices are fair and weekly sales are great!
The parking lot is the only thing I dislike, its on a slope which cause my shopping cart to roll away while loading groceries into my car. In time I learned to use the heaviest item (case of water or detergeant) as a weight to keep the cart from rolling as I load the groceries.
Happy this store is in my neighborhood, Thank you!

This is the best market we’ve had in this location since Boy’s Market closed in the 80’s. Great people, great attitudes, almost every item I ship for in one place

Clean, Big and their customer service is superb, loved my experience. I went early waiting for fresh oven roasted chicken, it was not out of oven yet, Carol asked if I need anything since I was hovering around, I told her that I need one of the chickens and Im late from work, she called the deli department and asked one be taken out immediately its ready fresh from the oven. Happy employees all I can say and very professional customer service. Thank you Carol

Clean with a well-​kept produce section. They get only 4 stars because the liquor section is smaller here than at other locations.

YESSS nice, clean, big and up to date smart final. Stop by day before Thanksgiving looking for Red apple ale nothing on display case ask Manger and she came out with 2 cases. Great customer service. Thanks

This place just opened up and the service was great everybody was super «extra» helpful. Some of the limited time sales were great, and the only thing is their selection isn’t perfect, for example all i wanted was a natural dairy coffee creamer… they have creamer but nothing natural. Otherwise a great place to find a deal or two.
Its a nice touch in the décor that the check out aisles have the names of the streets on them.
It is will also freak you out if you have gotten used to no plastic bags. They are in San Fernando City so plastic bags for everyone!!!
