After looking at Time-​Warner for a long time to replace my slow DSL I discovered Tekwerks almost by accident. For the last half year I’ve been very happy with my wireless Internet. The one time it went out (it wasn’t Tekwerks’ fault) I called and they knew me by name AND they knew I was down.
I work from home and am completely dependent on a low-​latency, high bandwidth, unfiltered, quality connection to the Internet. I couldn’t be happier.

What cant I say about Tekwerks… coming from years of various providers offering poor products and even worse support, TekWerks has been a breath of fresh air not to mention a great business partner. Tekwerks has been my business’s internet provider for the past four years. We were previously with Verizon but lost connection several times a month and the customer service was terrible! Call waiting times were usually between 1 – 2 hours. We thankfully found Tom at Tekwerks and their internet has been great! We’ve never experienced an issue with them.
Besides their internet services, we also purchase some of our equipment through them as well as get our repairs done. Their technicians are friendly, courteous and always on time.
