Awesome friendly staff, big selection on pretty much all of your smoking necessities, what else is there to say it’s a one stop shop u’ll find what ur looking for and if not then ur at the wrong spot lol

Went to the shop just to look around and up spending more than I expected a great service and excellent products. I don’t recommend to many places but I would definitely come in the shop to anyone that’s looking for a great deal and awesome customer service with someone that knows what they’re talking about. Definitely go to check the spot out

A super friendly shop with a giant VAPE selection and tons of juices.
I walked away spending 150 $ instead of $ 228 dollars that I was quoted down the street. From now on I’m only coming here. They said they get a new line or two of juices every month, so I guess I’ll keep on vaping for now.

I called in advance to ask how much the fumari packs were he said he didn’t give prices on the phone, but that it was defiantly going to beat anyone else’s price…
Um I arrive he says they cost $ 9 each. And I was like ok… so special anything? I get. Better price At my regular spot. He said he was giving. Deal!!! For cheap coals and a «new» Tabacoooooo flavor. Ya plus 9% tax, thanks.

Amazing smoke shop, I go here for my hookah supplies and Eli is very friendly and really goes beyond to give the customer the best service. They are always fully stocked with shisha, hookahs, tips, coal. Never went and they didnt have what I wanted even when I didn’t know. Recently I went to pick up another can of sex on the beach and code 69, Eli checked and the last can they had was what they smoked at the store so it was opened, he gave it to me, I was speechless. Becaude of that I got another can of an exotic starbuzz flavor he recommended (French Orange) and the code 69 can, not only he gave me a bunch of free tips at checkout. What an amazing shop and service, i know ill be coming back here often. Note: The flavor he recommended was just what i was looking for, delicious flavor and aroma

I am a vape newbie. I came in with my husband to get pens and some liquid. The salesman Andrew let us try the different flavors, helped us with what pen would work best for us. Showed us how to put the liquid in, how to charge, what not to do. I had an old pen that he was able to fix, it just needed a new top piece. He was very helpful. Also gave us a good price since we were buying so much.
We got a bunch of 18mg nicotine and realized this really was too much for us. We both have quit smoking just a few days ago and the nicotine volume was way too high.
They were nice enough to let us exchange 3 un-​opened liquids for zero mg of nicotine the next day. That way we can mix with the high nicotine to cut the mg in ½. All of the salesman/​clerks we encountered on Monday and Tuesday were super cool and helpful. I can see why this place gets so busy.
We will be coming back for all our vaping needs. Highly recommend this place.

I had to go all the way to the SF to find my juice and I found it at this wonderful place down in the San Fernando Valley actually very nice guys their and great customer service. They have a big selection and wanted to help me. Thanks guys see ya soon

Love this place, come here regularly for all my hookah & vape needs for the 7 months I’ve lived here.
I was going to multiple places in SCV and the employees here just don’t compare, especially Eli & James.
All the employees are really helpful and are never rushing you.
They know all their customers on a first name basis and remember what you like and what you don’t like so they’re always happy to recommend new flavors, etc.
All of my roommates, my friends that I’ve brought over, and I have all boughten hookahs, vapes, etc. and have been happy with it. If for whatever reason if something needs to be fixed they’re happy to help and will fix it.
They have a big selection of everything & are never out of stock.

I love when I go to an establishment and experience customer service that blows me away… This is the kind of place where the people behind the counter know you (and most everyone who walks in) by name… Just plain awesome service! Eli always makes me feel welcome…
I came in because my Protank was not vaping right… I was at my wits end… and none of the vape shops that I frequented could figure out what was wrong with it. But these guys fixed it right up!!! I seriously doubted that they would be able to, and in fact, promised Andrew my first born child if he could… I guess I owe him a kid… My husband is gonna be pissed… JK
Anyways THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY ROCKS… No more going to Sana Clarita to get treated like a nuisance when I can shop locally and be treated right!!! Keep it up guys!
