I like coming here if I’m not in the mood to deal with the mall. The prices are great, its my local go to for shoes. Each time I leave the store I feel like I got a great deal. I recommend this place for sure

Went in there for some water– resistant shoes their selection really various the price was just right and the customer service was really good everyone seemed on top of there sections and very handy staff will be most likely coming back for different shoes in a different occasion thank guys great job!

First of I you have a small baby who likes to touch thing don’t take him here. There’s a real bitch that works there’s she’s rude!
I had gone there with my family hoping to buy shoes for the each one of them. My daughter who’s 1 decided to touch box and of course her being small and exploring, moves a box and this employee comes up to her And ask her if where her mom is. Hello she’s 1 she won’t respond to you idiot! I turn and told her what she needed and ask me is she was mine, yes I told her then she tell me well she’s moving my boxes. Well first of all there not ur boxes there the store. I told her ok, it’s not like she going to hurt them. She then said well she’s moving them, so I grab my baby and told her thank what a great Service, we decided to walk out and left our 8 pairs of shoes we were buying. I was so angry that this person could treat someone like that. Newsflash quit if u don’t like retail!!! I had being purchasing shoes all the time but after this I’m no longer putting a step into this store, As well as my family members

I came in recently to exchange a pair of shoes for another pair I had my eye on. The guy at the register was obviously not eager to provide decent customer service. He proceeded to check me out and told me the amount I owed. I then asked if I could apply a coupon I had received via email and he rudely told me no because the difference I owed was not more than $ 50. Hello, could he not have made a return then processed the transaction once more? I am sure any other associate that is not lazy would have been more than happy to. The thing that upset me the most was when I asked if he had another pair of the shoes I was purchasing so that I could trade since the shoelace was torn. He said, «Oh I’ll just give you a new lace» only to find out he charged me for the laces! I realized this once I was already home so I did not feel like driving right back. Check your receipts here people.

I took two steps into the store and was very rudely (and loudly), informed that drinks are not allowed in the store. I don’t mind the rule, and would not mind putting my drink away, but it was the way he shouted it out. And the attitude he gave me.
I walked right out.
For a store thts located 2 minutes away from a mall, they sure know how to keep customers.

Never again will I shop at this store. I tried returning a pair of shoes because my son’s feet hurt to wear them. The «acting manager» tells me no they’ve been used. There’s absolutely no scuff marks or indents at all. He tried them on walked a few steps and they hurt him.

Soooo upset! I bought 2 pairs of shoes with the hope in using my check-​in coupon. The computer added $ 10 instead of crediting me $ 10!!! The cashier was nice she tried a few times with no success! I don’t think that’s right to offer the coupon and not allowing it to be used!

Lately, I have been changing my wardrobe to fit my daily mood. I have a wardrobe that matches my work and my every day outings. I have been on the Red Feeling! So, I had to find some unique shoes at WSS in San Fernando.
I have visited both Van Nuys and North Hollywood. I’ll tell you what I bought there in their respected page. WSS is located on the south side of Mission Blvd. The main parking lot can get full, but there is supplemental parking on the other side of the street.
During the weekends, it can be quite packed with others looking for stylish shoes. For me, I was willing to spend a pretty penny on some quality shoes. I saw some very expensive Nike RED shoes and it called my name! Thus, I had tried them on and I felt MARVELOUS!
As I was about to checkout, there was a long line across the store. I thought there was an autograph signing that I wasn’t aware of, but it was just a lot of people buying shoes. It almost felt like it was Black Friday or Christmas Eve. As I finally got to the counter, I checked in on Unilocal and WSS participates on a $ 10 Off Coupon on the Unilocal App. HOWEVER… a big HOWEVER, when the employee enters the code in, the $ 10 Coupon does not discount your shoes, it adds. Yup, the coupon that supposed to save you actually adds. I guess coupons these days backfire. Make sure it takes off $ 10 and not add $ 10. This will occur at most WSS locations and you may wait a little longer with the manager approval.
I’ve bought some new kicks and I’m starting to look like some sort of SUPERHERO! However, I am attracting more attention than I thought at places I frequent. I’ve made some kids day thinking I was going to save the day, but I made their day :) I guess shoes will give you character and I think people will want me to save their day.
