These folks keep a whore’s schedule in that they only open up when they need the money. I initially took my clothes here because the cleaners up the street(and they were great, btw), closed. I wanted to stay close to home and bad reviews aside, I decided to make up my own mind and take my clothes for cleaning there. I called beforehand to see if they were open and they were not. I called from work(Marin County) and asked them when they would be closing and they said 6:00 p.m. I got there at about 5:45 p.m., and they were closed. I also took a suit there and had it tailored(arm cuffs, and hem). I asked for a cuffed hem they said okay; but, when I got my suit back, the arms were shortened and they threw away the buttons that belonged on the button holes — 5 button holes — three buttons. They also didn’t put cuffs on my pants. I think the major problem these folks have is that they are not very sophisticated on how clothes should be tailored, nor were they efficient. I can’t say that I have been back, nor will I ever return.

Having come here shortly after cortez cleaners closed down a few blocks away, i was relived i wouldn’t have to look too far to find a replacement cleaner. Her prices aren’t too different from Cortez’s so i really didn’t have to stretch my pocket too much more either. 4 sweaters, a formal wear attire and a downed jacket for less than 35 $. Some places already jerk you around with the 4 sweaters alone just cause they can… But as long as you are prompt and polite when paying/picking up. It will be a pretty smooth errand taken off the list. Even on a college students budget. DONOT Lose Your Claim Ticket… the actual ticket not just the number. Results– Everything was ok but the fur portions of the jacket have been damaged. They became fuzz-balls, rendering the jacket to be useless, not sure if that can be fixed.(–3) Everything else turned out averagely clean. Just remember not to bring fur clothes here

I’ve gone to this place for a year now and have finally decided to move on. The owners are very nice and I live only 2 blocks away. However, they have misplaced(yet never lost) my clothing on at least three occasions and have often missed generous deadlines. During the most recent oversight, they misplaced two expensive pair of suit pants and I became very concerned that I might have to pay several hundred dollars to replace my clothes(highly doubt that they would’ve covered the expense). Also, they’ve consistently balked at their abilities of taking out minor stains so I’ve been washing my stained shirts at home with Ozone. I’d prefer to drive a bit further and have more confidence in quality control.

I have always had a good experience with this dry cleaner. Often i will get a grease stain on a cotton tee; after trying to get it out myself unsuccessfully, I have taken it here with good results. They also have done alterations for me. an
