I own an 1895 duplex in San Francisco, bought the place with little thought to what I would do when it came time for repairs or improvements. Luckily a good friend recommended Aidan to me when the time came. The first job was small, a repair to fix the front stairs from leaking. I was so happy with the quality of Aidan’s work, his quick response, and approachable demeanor, that I have called on him time and again over 7 years now — to help me in a bind, and to work on bigger projects, including a beautiful bathroom remodel a few years ago. Aidan is available for followup on any concerns, and always gives helpful advice. Thanks, Aidan, for all the great work you’ve done on my place.

We were remodeling our bathroom on a tight schedule before selling our house and the contractor was terrible — late, over-​budget, uncommunicative. Luckily, our painter (Bill at Excel) recommended Aidan, and he saved the day! He finished the bathroom and also helped with other little tasks around the house. Great work and reasonably priced.
