Jorge Moreira was hired to fix a repair from water damage. He agreed to accept the amount the insurance company paid.
Problems:
Did not show up when appointment was made
Made calls to our home but would not leave a message (he said it was not his culture to do so)
He used inferior grout, it’s still all over my cabinets
He did not tack down the transition pieces, they are still not tacked down
He said he did not realize which areas to tack down
He never showed up when appointment was made
Doesn’t return calls.
His work is inferior. His materials are inferior. I would not recommend this vendor.
