Carne asada burrito was excellent! Not overstuffed, which I don’t like — reminds me of the truck by Best Buy, same great quality and service. Nice to have this around the corner :)

Get their tacos, veggie it up. Rice, beans, tomato, pour on their yummy salsa. Gitit. You get chips with your order, the guac is good. Celebrate that. It’s a rarity. I’ve had the veggie torta as well, but their tacos are where it’s at.

The food is amazing across the board. Our job site is across the street and the crew has had everything on the menu.

Look, I hate to throw shade on my people’s food. But… I must keep it real. I ordered the veggie torta. I expected big thangs. Denied. The bread(legit telera) was good. It was the beans, rice, and guacamole that fell short. So much flavor missing, needed some queso fresco, FRESHGUACAMOLE, and salsa. They didn’t even throw some salsa containers in the bag. What’s up with that??? Even the most busted taqueria hooks you up with salsa. Not sure where people get off giving this place props? Walk a little farther down Valencia. Hook your soul up with El Toro. Jump over to Mission and 24th, bless your soul with El Farolito. The soul of your organ, stomach that is, will thank you.

Alfaro food truck catered our wedding last week. The tacos got great reviews from all of our guest. The guacamole was also a hit. Multiple people came up to me to say«That is the best guac I ever had!». Unfortunately, I was unable to try it, but the guest that gave me the reviews are some pretty tough critics. They were great to work with and very affordable. They also set up in less than 30 mins. which was quite impressive, although I was sweating the timing a little. :)

Saw that tacos were $ 2. I thought, that’s a decent price. Then I received the taco. The taco shell was only about 3.5″ in diameter. I literally finished the taco in two bites. It was tasty, but I I felt it should have been labelled a «mini taco». Felt a little taken.

The guys in the truck are always super nice. That’s a great start. What I really like, though, is the salsa. It’s red liquid salsa most places don’t do. Then you get cilantro and onions too. This is how I prefer my burritos as opposed to the chunky salsas most places use. I’ve eaten here like 5 times and I’ve never been disappointed. Props on the new paint job btw it finally looks like an actual taco truck.

Amazing food and amazing service. I’ve been going back so I can hit each one of the burritos. Unbelievable. Hard to say which is best, but so far I’ve thought Spicy Carnitas was the way to go. There was some mint in there, damn… that’s all I can say. Damn. Ask for salsa too.

Great taco truck set up near Four Barrel, almost directly accross the street. Decided to try it out and I’m glad I did. Cheap, fast, and good. The tacos are stacked, cheap, and come in traditional taco truck style. The carnitas is well done, crispy and tender, and the Carne asada is tasty. Super tacos come with a side of rice if you are really hungry. Burritos are very filling, lots of meat with some rice and beans. I got the super for added guacamole and sour cream. Menu is pretty simple. But I did have someone behind me special order a quesadilla and a vegetarian burrito so it looks like they take special requests as well. And hard to beat $ 1 horchata. Protip: order the carnitas tacos. This place is simple, doesn’t have a lot of fluff, but the food is oh so delicious.
