Nice sized store. Picked up cedar shoe trees couple week ago. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. I will return to pick up the shoe polish and buffer. Probably be my drop off location to get my Park Avenue re-​crafted. Thank you guys.

First the shoes feel better than other shoes of lesser quality. Second, they have great customer service. My soles wore out after 7 months, but Rich fixed them for free.

Wow, what great service! I had a gift card to burn here, so I went in and bought some Delreys. The gentleman «Nate», who helped me, was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention patient. I tried on about 8 different pairs before deciding on the ones I purchased. He gave me great advice and really good attention. Plus, he knew when to give me space and help other clients.
Allen Edmonds are fantastic shoes for the money. Yes, they are pricier than your average Eccos or Cole Haans, but they last forever and can be refurbished at the factory. An American iconic brand!

I have bought Allen Edmond’s shoes for years but never from this shop. The times I’ve gone in there the salespeople have been helpful. I wanted to buy shoestrings and they gave them to me for free. They didn’t have to do that. I’ll definitely buy from here.

The shoes are very expensive to say the least. But they almost last forever. So in the real long run, they’ll save you money.
Closes during the week at 6:30pm.

So why only three stars? Well, price for one, but that’s a plus/​minus as explained above. In addition, they don’t validate parking on weekends. Huh? They sell shoes that are more than three hundred bucks and they can’t spring for validated parking to save you $ 7? Talk about a mixed message about high end quality and prices.
