If you can have Lance, Craig and team as your agents, you’re lucky. As first time homebuyers we were not sure what to expect. Lance listened to what we wanted and made it happen in the price we could afford. When we found THE home, Lance made sure to act quickly and promptly. He helped us retrieve expired building permits when it was difficult for us to get down to the office during the day. He was willing to take time to explain in detail the thick stack of paperwork that came with buying the house. Overall the experience, and service were top quality.
