Wow. The WORST customer service ever. I saw a sign for a jewelry sale… I’m in. While looking at the beautiful jewelry, the sales guy pulled the display out to put away some rings. Never even acknowledged me. Three sales people… never even said hello. Instead I got to hear their personal conversation about who bought their mother something for Mother’s Day. This mother… not having it! I’m disgusted.

Louey is super awesome and helped me so much today at Azalea. By far my favorite place to shop in the city! These citizens of humanity jeans are the dopest. Thanks again, Louey!

Shopping here for years at other location. Sweet husband bought me a shirt at Christmas.
He did not know it was final sale? Tried to return it yesterday and the sales women had to TURN THE SIGN AROUND so I could see their final sale policy. Not very clear if you have to turn it around. I can just imagine how clear it was at Christmas with all the folks at register.
Just print it on the receipt ! No where on the receipt did it say final sale. Now I have a $ 75 shirt that I cannot wear.

I really like this shop. I specifically like the Azalea clothing line. Their black dresses are super soft and dark and very flattering. I am a L-​XL and appreciate I can find nice looking clothes at this shop. It is a dangerous place, I nearly always find something I must have and it is a pricy shop. They have great brands, some local, some even recycled and I would rather shop for quality pieces here than at mass produced shops.

Average casual merchandise assortment enhanced by great customer service from Nora. She was friendly and suggested jeans I had overlooked as well as few finds from the sales rack that were a great deal. Overall better selection of denim variety than other places I had been to in the area that day. Thanks Nora!

The staff (two in particular) snicker behind your back when you ask a simple question… turned around and left. Unpleasant and hope this is not the type of people moving to sf.

I am a fan of this store in the Mission. It has an honest range of price-​points for people who live in the neighborhood, and the style range is also great– you can find decent basics, or something super unique. I am a fan! Welcome to the Mission, Azalea, you will do well!

Uninspired selection. Feels like shopping in Urban Outfitters, only with higher price points. Decent selection of jeans (e.g. Acne, Nudie) and accessories, but the clothing is «meh».

This place has cute, cool stuff in a nice range of price points. I would have spent more time in there if the vibe was not as hilariously awkward as it was on this lazy Friday afternoon. An understaffed store can be frustrating sure, but overstaffed boutiques are THEE worst. Having like 5 employees in an empty store literally just standing in place giving you a nice juicy side-​eyed «Hi there, welcome, I’m just judging your whole appearance» look upon entrance and then watching your every move does not encourage me to buy things. Neither does having to place any food or drink on a designated table near the entrance – there’s even a sign! A woman came in after us clutching a coffee, and the employees IMMEDIATELY called her out about this rule. I would understand getting barked at for eating nachos while pawing at Hermes scarves or something but c’mon…this is a place where a lot of the leather jackets are «vegan» and rides a fine line between the typical hyper-​curated Mission boutique and an upscale Forever 21. The unlikely little splash of Four Barrel on a $ 50 viscose blouse is not going to wreck the bottom line here.

The customer service here sucks! Like I didn’t even get a hello… Just a «can you leave your food at the door!» Apparently that’s where they left they’re personality and customer service as well… At the door.
There were 4 people working and they all just stared blankly outward… I gave compliments several times on what a nice store and they didn’t acknowledge or anything…

Love this new boutique and the curation of beautiful hip clothing which ranges from affordable to $$$$. Azalea has expanded from their original Hayes location. I much prefer the layout (mens on the left and women’s on the right) and appreciate how friendly their employees are every time I visit.
I also LOVE their Classic Specs (Brooklyn based) pop up sunglass shop offering $ 69 frames and cheap sunglasses, similar to Warby Parker’s business model.
They offer women’s and men’s clothing and accessories and often have promos. Make sure you stop by and check it out!
