I’m sad, angry, and very disappointed. I just bought a dress from their factory locate in Memphis, TN. When I tried it on, it fit me too big. I usually wear 8 for most brand including BCBGMAXAZRIA, yet not this time. I called them and said that I wanted to exchanged it for a smaller size. She says that they don’t do exchange only return and since the dress was final sale it could not be returned. I told her hat I LOVE the dress and I just wanted to exchanged it. She said that she «understood» yet it could not be returned or exchanged but i could buy another one. Really? BE AWARE when you want to buy items on Sale from this company. I think it is very hypocritical of their part when they pride on how ELITE, CHICK, Sophisticated they are but has a very shitty return policy. It only works their way but not their clientele. Shitty Shitty Shitty!
