BBQ Western Burger was decent. Sauce was very good but burger was average. Teryaki Pineapple Burger was disappointing for the price.

Should have Unilocaled this place before I decided on ordering lunch. With a myriad amount of restaurants in this food court, I was craving curly fries& a burger. Too bad this didn’t satisfy my craving. I ordered 3 mini burgers -$ 9.95 All the burgers were dry and bland. The curly fries were good. However, extra 35 cents for ranch. Big turn off. Will skip this place for sure next time.

Bad customer service and bad food, there is a reason it has the shortest line in the food court. I ordered a grilled cheese and asked for mushrooms instead of the ham or bacon that comes with it. I was charged $ 1 for adding mushrooms. When I inquired as to why I couldn’t substitute them since I was not getting any meat I was told they don’t do substitutions, period and no exceptions. So I paid $ 9.25 for a horrible grilled cheese. The cheese tasted like it was Kraft singles, the bread was really greasy and hardly grilled. I won’t be returning to Bistro Burger.

The good: the free cup of water; The bad: everything else. Burger: cardboard; tomato: plastic; onion: days old.

I just came here for a large curly fries. It was about $ 7 and although it’s pricey, the taste was definitely there. The serving size was good too.

Located in a bustling food court, you’ve got quite a selection of variety foods to choose from. I chuckled that it was located directly across from the all-vegan restaurant promoting everything-soy-protein. On a weird lunch shift at 3:30, I wanted a small order that wouldn’t totally screw up dinner. I ordered two of their minis burgers with no sides or drink, and that came out to $ 8.43 after tax. I received my food within 5 minutes: –Mini Bacon Burger(5⁄5) really great bacon taste. Came with meat, cheese, bacon and lettuce, and I felt that it needed no additional condiments. –California Avocado Burger(4⁄5) good taste and combo with the meat, sprouts, lettuce and avocado, but it definitely needed the kick of ketchup and mustard that I added. My main complaint was with seating. I sat in a cave of dirty tables — 30% of light bulbs out, and tables piled high with trays and dirty dishes left from previous customers, though that responsibility falls on food court staff. Solid 3 stars; it’s yummy, but it’s still food-court food.

I ordered a #1– Cheeseburger with fries & a drink. The cheeseburger nothing too special. It’s your average cheeseburger. The meat patty was juicy & better than your McDonald’s/Burger King/Wendy’s cheeseburger though, so 3 stars for that.

The burger is really good, but my husband and I had a really bad experience today Sunday evening. The lady on the cashier, who called herself the manager, was very rude, very impatient, very diminishing to us the customers. We ordered our food and we sat on the tables right next to the bistro. Our device never blinked or indicated that our food was ready. When my husband went to ask for our food, the food was already cold, and she completely blamed us for taking so long to pick up the food. My husband politely tried to explain that the device was broken because it never blinked, and the lady started yelling at him waving her ams saying that we were the ones to blame. This is unacceptable in our opinion. We were completely mistreated today, and as valued customers who come here very often, we expect better treatment. After eating, I felt my husband was very shaky from this whole situation and I went to talk to her to see if she had some common sense to at least apologize. She did not apologize for it and she kept on blaming on us. She yelled at me to the point that everybody on the line was starring at me. It was very embarrassing to me and we did not expect this treatment today. When I looked at the cooks, they looked very scared of her. This person needs to be fired and the job should be given to someone more humble, someone who really wants to be there and values the job and the customers. It is unfortunate because we like the burgers there. We do not recommend because of the terrible customer service. We will not be coming back to this place, unless they change the management. Completely unacceptable!

How do you ruin bacon?! Ordered the Hawaiian burger and added bacon… look appetizing but boy was I wrong. The bacon was rubbery and chewy, the burger didn’t really have a taste, and the onions were supposed to be carmelized but were just raw. To top it all off, I didn’t feel good after eating… was it because o didn’t enjoy the food? Or something was wrong with the food? Either way avoiding this place… if you can’t leave mall go get a meat sandwich from Buckhorn across the way, or if you want a good burger go to Super Duper down the street. Really wanted this place to be good… and they failed bad

Default 1-star when zero stars is not available. If the groupon says voucher(value) «Never Expires», it never expires. manager and workers are clueless and don’t know the a mobile app pull up is the same as a printed voucher. Quit covering your ineptness and actually understand that this customer is right. Too bad your burgers suck anyway. I just wanted some form of my money back. I guess I payed to find out you’re not worth coming back to. No peace to you; deuces

I would never advise anyone to eat at this establishment. The service was some of the poorest I’ve ever seen. When ordering a regular cheeseburger no onion with sauce on the side the cashier who was not friendly in the slightest charged me for a meal after I had already said I wanted no fries just the burger and drink. I then went to talk to them about why I was charged for a meal and they refunded it in cash because they didn’t want it on file. After which I took a bite of the blandest most plain disgusting burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. The burger didn’t have the correct cheese and no sauce whatsoever. I could have gone to in n out and gotten an excellent burger with fries and a drink for half the price with better service. One word of advice to anyone thinking of eating here is don’t, save your time and money.

I tried to order the«Egg Lovers Burger» and substitute it with a chicken breast. The menu says that you can substitute any burger with a chicken, turkey, or veggie burger. The cashier told me that I must not want the egg because if I substitute for chicken then it won’t come with the egg. I pointed out that the menu says to substitute ANY burger with… it’s not a difficult concept. I don’t even mind if I have to pay a little extra. No go. I got just a chicken breast on a what bun. It was fine. Nothing special. I get that it’s in the mall, but when your menu says«any» I should think that it means just that.

I ordered a Paris Burger, medium well, w/o onions, and got a very well done burger w/onions. I also had to ask twice for a cup of water. As for the food itself, the quality of the burger & fries is comparable to typical fast food, but costs twice as much. If you’ve got a hankering for beef, try the Buckhorn Grill in the same food court instead.

I wish I could get my 13 dollars back and go someplace else. The burger was generic and the bun was terrible. Way over priced for what it is and not even filing. Save your money and go across the street to Super Duper Burger if you want a burger. I wish I did.

After we paid, we were called back by the cashier telling us she needed to refund us a portion of our bill because they were out of an item(not a problem at all). She went into the cash register and gave us back $ 4 which was the exact price of the salad. When I asked her if we could get the tax back associated with the $ 4 charge, she said«I don’t know what the tax is and I don’t know how to figure it out». I said that she should give us our tax back since we paid for it and again she insisted that she didn’t know how much tax was or how to calculate it so that was her justification for not giving us the tax back. We asked that the credit card charge be refunded and recharged with the correct amount but she had decided she was done with the conversation so said she would get her manager to figure it out when the manager returned. She promptly walked back into the open kitchen area by the cooks and proceeded to tell one of them about the incident while the cook prepared our food. This made me very worried that she was asking the cook to do something to our food. As we waited a few minutes for the manager to return, when the manager did return, the cashier promptly spoke to her away from the front counter. The cashier, not the manager, walked back up to us, said«give me the $ 4 back» grabbed the $ 4 put it back in the register and walked away. No explanation. We noticed at that time that the supposed manager put on gloves and was preparing all the ingredients to make the salad. While I truly appreciate the gesture, I would have liked the manager to at least address that her employee not only refused to refund us our tax money but that she also justified not giving us our money back because she simply«did not know how to calculate the tax». When our food was ready, I came to the counter. The manger handed me the food without a smile or even acknowledgement of the situation. It was rude and impersonal. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong by asking for my tax back. Needless to say, we will not be eating at your restaurant ever again.

When you feel like a burger at the mall… don’t get sucked in to Bistro Burger! The patty on my turkey burger was gray and rubbery(previously frozen, perhaps?) and the bun was just the WORST — super cheap, processed texture. This place totally ruined any burger craving I had and was the most disappointing meal I have had in a while. There are a number of better burger places not too far from here. Or just get anything else in the food court.

I mean if you are just looking for a cheap place(compared to the other places in the food court) to fill you up then this is your place. Overall it’s a pretty basic burger with shredded iceberg lettuce. Nothing special, but not terrible. Just kind of eh. Before tax it’s $ 5.45 for a cheeseburger. I do like that you can get grilled onions on it for no extra charge.
