Bite Communications

I must say that i am surprised Bite communications has not yet been reviewed on Unilocal.Having worked there for over a year, i knew many of my coworkers to be avid Unilocalers!
Anyways, Bite communications is a great company offering full-​spectrum communications counsel — specializing in the technology industry. Working at Bite is an extremely fun, creative, hard working and supportive atmosphere.
Their benefits are RIDICULOUS — and i truly believe its a big reason why people want to work there. 25 paid days off per year, sabbatical after 6(i think) years, med/​dental/​vision, lots of holidays, personal growth program, work from home option, etc etc. And when you’re in the office, the atmosphere is fun, collaborative and sometimes feels more like a college campus than a corporation.
I did enjoy my time at Bite and was able to work with extremely smart people on interesting and challenging accounts. Minus one star for the extreme lack of organization though, and lack of true blue leadership. Bite’s gone through some major changes, especially with upper management and there was never a feel that the company had a true leader.
