Brain Balance of San Francisco

I highly recommend Brain Balance San Francisco. They have an extremely dedicated team and we saw results within ten days of starting. The time commitment was challenging, but we committed to the program and diligently completed the assigned home exercises at least twice per day. I admit, in the beginning I was not exactly sure what the program offered, but when our child achieved milestones that had not been met, I was amazed. It’s also reassuring to know families are always welcome to observe their child’s sessions.

My grandson has been struggling at school and socially and we never understood why until we were introduced to the Brain Balance Center on Geary. The initial consultation was thorough and welcoming in fact, we felt valued and understood what we have been experiencing. Little signs we didn’t know what to make of, are now understandable and we know what they mean. Additionally, my grandson was shy and seemed to have some emotional undertones of anger and frustration. The Brain Balance staff began working with him and we started seeing a calmness after about the 3^rd visit. He is processing information and tasks so much better now. School has recently started and his teacher noticed a difference in his concentration and ability to focus longer on his tasks. We are excited and sooooo grateful for the Brain Balance Center manager and the staff. They have been and still are, the best thing that ever happened to my grandson, daughter and our family. We couldn’t understand things we did know… but now we know about the things we didn’t understand. I (We) are so grateful! I highly recommend this help center. They even gave us things we can do at home. Worth every dime to have him in a better headspace and a fuctional part of the family.

This is an incredible program with amazing results! Even within the first couple of weeks we seen great improvement. The staff is dedicated and full of knowledge! I hope every family can give there kids this opportunity.

The program works, the people there though don’t have business integrity. We had to pull our son out of their program due to extenuating circumstances. We had a verbal agreement that we would be refunded the portion we didn’t use of the $ 5,000 it cost to admit our son. Upon leaving the program, they stopped responding to phone calls and emails. They treated us like we didn’t exist when we asked for the remaining part of our money back. Very shady business practice, avoid this place.
