Baylon and Brannon Automotive are great! Very professional and timely service. He was very flexible in scheduling an appt. I was able to meet before work and pick up the car afterward.
Baylon handled all of the negotiations between the insurance company and us, making the process so much simpler. I plan to have all future body work done at Brannon Automotive.

Awesome service. I stopped by for an estimate and the estimator was very friendly, honest. Didn’t try to up sell me but instead help fix a minor scratch I have by applying the cleaning solution. It’s hard to find an honest, friendly body shop like here.

Kevin is the man! I hate all car problems and have a huge fear of bring my car in because I don’t know anything about fixing them and am always afraid it is going to cost a fortune.
I had been putting off taking in my car after my transmission had been acting a little funny but finally when my schedule maintenance light came on I decided it was time to bring it in. Kevin was very friendly and told me upfront about the costs associated with the diagnostic and then when he figured it out he helped me fix the problem without trying to gauge me for changing out my whole transmission!
My car shifts perfectly again and I’m back on the road with confidence. Will definitely be back whenever I have car issues again… which hopefully isn’t soon!

Go to Brannan Auto Experts… There is such thing as an honest mechanic and they’re all here. They do great work and their customer service is always on point! I’ve been taking my cars here since 1995 and I’ve never had a complaint.

When you have to take your car to the mechanic, you pray that they can figure out the problem and fix it. Kevin worked on my 2009 328xi Coupe and he did a fantastic job.
I took my car to a BMW dealership before I took it to Kevin and they did the diagnostic, kept the car for 3 days, charged me for it all and said nothing was wrong with the car.
While the problem was hard to diagnose, Kevin took his time, figured out what the problem was and fixed it. He knows cars and thats where you want to take your car. He also regularly communicated about the status and what was going on. I feel very confident with the work he does and would go there any time.

Kevin is awesome. I have gone to this place a couple of times for repairs and also for car maintence such as an oil change. Each time Kevin has helped me and remembered me after just one visit. They are quick and honest. They are well priced as well. Def one of those places that DOES NOT try to trick you or gouge you for every possible cent.

Several friends recommended Kevin and his Brannan Auto Experts, the garage who shares this location with Baylon of Auto Body Garage. I can’t say enough good things about the service and fair pricing from both Kevin and Baylon. I am not surprised Kevin has 5 stars on Unilocal after over 50 reviews. I don’t write many Unilocal reviews but had to for these guys because they really deserve recognition for the way above average effort they have shown again and again!

This shop is super convenient for me as I work in the neighborhood. Fair pricing, good customer service, and they put up with all the dog hair in my car.

Highly recommend this shop. Had an Acura TSX with a tricky issue, and Kevin was able to figure out and fix the problem. He ended up fixing another shop’s mistaken work, and even gave me a break on the labor since I had to take it in a few times to find the issue. Unlike the other shop, he actually spent some time inspecting and driving the car to make sure the issue was actually fixed. He is great at communicating the problem and giving clear options and explanations. He really knows his stuff, and is by far one of the best and most professional mechanics I’ve dealt with. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future.

I’ve had my Acura RSX for 6 years now and it has never seen a mechanic… until now. I tore a transmission seal and messed up a drive axle after doing my own clutch job, which left me stranded in Daly City and leaking trans fluid onto my exhaust and pouring smoke in front of a Pizza Hut… yikes! Living in SF, garage space to do this kind of work myself is hard to come by, so I decided I’d get a tow from my insurance and a mechanic to do the repair. I knew exactly what was wrong with the car, so it was as extremely stressful trying to find someone to trust.
Kevin and his shop completely met my expectations and standards with professionalism and honesty. The job was finished within 24hrs and he even held the car overnight as I was out of town that day. After running the car for a couple hundred miles, the OEM seal he swapped in is holding up as expected and the axle is running smoothly. He also did not over-​bill me needless hours — very efficient.
In summary, I went from catastrophe to totally fixed within 24hrs. If I ever find myself in a jam again, I know where I’m going! THANK YOU!

Kevin is Awesome! He changed my timing belt and, everything related to that particular job was changed out so there’s no need to go back in the same area of the motor again. I received a 1 year warranty on all his work. That’s far better than most of auto mechanics will offer. After that work was done, my car was stolen and then found, but was missing the control console. All the work was done with expert professionalism with me, the customer in mind. I highly recommend Kevin of Brannan Auto Experts. Kevin will take care of you.

Kevin deserves 6 stars. This is the best Auto repair shop in San Francisco. I think this is my third 5+ star review for Brannan Auto Experts. If you value — fast, honest, efficient, professionalism and expert service — you’ve found your auto shop.
Kevin can do it all. He is the best. I’ll use Brannan Auto Experts for all my automotive repairs as long as I live in San Francisco. These guys are the best.

Got my radiator replaced on a Mini cooper at this garage, after I had a leak, and I have to say, Kevin was great. Identified the issue very quick, told me the cost and what it was, dealt with my premium insurance for the repair, ordered and replaced the part.
I do recommend this garage and Kevin is the guy. They are honest, friendly and professional.

Kevin is wonderful! He works fast, efficient and inexpensive. Does what he needs to and normally a little extra. Been going here for about three years now, and Kevin keeps my 10 year old Camry in shape.
My check engine light came on, and i brought it to Kevin, since he had some time, he gave me a diagnostic right away! Found the problem, fixed it, like it was nothing.

I have been taking my 12 year old Nissan truck to Kevin for 3 years now and he has done an excellent job keeping it running in top condition. I originally found him on Unilocal after my dealer told me I needed to replace my manifold. Kevin did it for half the price.
He did major service at 100,000 replacing the radiator with a heavy duty one which was less expensive than the Nissan model. He is great about detailing all the work he does.

I recently had some care problems (overheating engine) and I was told by the dealer service rep as well as another mechanic that I need to get a coolant flush. The interesting thing is, the 1^st mechanic I went to didn’t even notice the tube came undone when he changed my oil the day prior.
I took my car to Kevin and he quickly told me that air got into the radiator and told me I had two options — 1^st) get the air out 2) coolant flush. He said he’d attempt the first and if unable to do so he would flush the coolant. Turns out he was able to get the air out and he even test drove my car on the highway to make sure the overheating issues I had were resolved. He charged me ½ hour’s worth of work (even though I know it took longer than that).
Kevin was extremely helpful in educating me about the issue and options. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure to run things be me before doing any work. Skilled, honest, and efficient mechanics are hard to come by and I will be sure to come to him with any issues I have going forward.

Though my needs were quite simple and something I could have done myself, I was still very pleased with the convenience and service levels at Brannan Auto Experts.
My car battery died a few nights ago which frankly came as no surprise once I opened the hood and caught a glimpse of the sad state of affairs that was my battery, looking like a sorry, rabid scene from Pulp Fiction! From that point, my car starting was hit or miss and I knew I had to do something before I encountered a poorly timed incident. So, I made a few calls from work which happens to be in the auto care mecca of San Francisco. I didn’t know Brannan’s name even though I literally pass it every morning on my way to work so I took my lunch and walked on over to Brannan’s to see if they could help me.
I was immediately greeted upon entering and I explained what I needed. I was directed to Kevin (maintenance as opposed to body work) who then made a call for details. The battery was about $ 75.00 and they only charged me $ 15.00 for installation. This was a HUGE relief for me knowing how easy it is to install a car battery. Even if I did pay a little extra for the battery, it was refreshing to find they weren’t gauging me for a simple service. So, back to work I went, jumped my Honda and rolled her on over to Brannan’s. My car was ready by 5:000pm.
This experience left me feeling pleasantly relieved. I really feel like I’ve found a trustworthy, stand up business that I can rely on! I will definitely consult Kevin and Brannan Auto Experts for any future automotive needs and services. Thanks again guys!
