I hired Willy to photography my 40th birthday party at Cookhouse in San Francisco. Willy was prompt, professional, and a joy to work with. He caught a variety of great and creative shots of me, my guests, the food, and the venue. He captured every detail so well, that when I showed the photos to an out of town relative, she felt like she had been there. He was friendly and engaging without being obtrusive. Most importantly, I was thrilled with my photos. I will keep them for a lifetime and they always make me smile. I can’t recommend Willy enough!

Willy did a wonderful job on my birthday pictures!!! I had my birthday celebration in the dimly lit back dining room of Alegrias in San Francisco. He captured such beautiful and well-​lit shots in such a dimly-​lit room (and without a flash!). It’s quite amazing, actually — the photos look like he took them with tons of lighting and the composition is crisp. He was also extremely approachable and I loved the way he related to my guests, making them feel at ease as they were photographed (about 25 of us). Willy also was very creative in his shots and blended right in with the group. I felt like I won some sort of lottery as I selected him from an online search I did, where I had narrowed down my choices to about 7 different photographers. I can’t wait to have another event and to hopefully get Willy’sgreat talent again.

One of the truly GREAT finds I’ve ever been associated with. My wife originally found Willy online when we were looking for a wedding photographer who could accommodate our somewhat last-​minute plans. I so enjoyed working with Willy at the wedding (and his images completely captured the spirit of our special day) I have since hired him for client work (I’m a PR pro by day and entertainer by night/​weekend) as well as to capture my live performances.
Each time I work with Willy I get the special Willy treatment — great enthusiasm, super creativity, quick yet unhurried, and stunning results delivered when I ask for them.
Without question, Willy is my go-​to photographer; I only hope that with this review, I haven’t made it more difficult to get him when I need him ;-) But that’s okay too.
