Burger King

This Burger King is disgusting. Once when I visited with some friends, my friend had to instantly vomit her burger up after leaving, the next time, there was a giant dead moth stuck to the window not 5 inches from my food, and the time after that, my girlfriend said she saw the people touching the chicken nuggets without gloves and even told the cashier about it and the cashier lied right to her face and tried to play it off that they were wearing gloves, now I know why BK always has 1.49 chicken nugget deals, because they suck and are disgusting. Also their fries here are always floppy and undercooked. AND my coworker told me he saw a rat in this same Burger King.

I don’t know how come this Burger King restaurant is low star. After today I finally know it, their service was horrible!

The woman is in a terrible mood. She barely smiled I don’t know what have I done to piss her off but she seems uncomfortable with me and with my friend. Few. Minutes two ladies came and she start smiling.

This Burger King is a JOKE!!! They ran out of beef for over 2 weeks as they only serves Chicken sandwich only!!! Horrible and poorly Managed business. Don’t come here as they are misrepresenting the franchise of Burger King.
Burger King management should investigate the business management and practice of this particular store.

This Burger King has been around forever man. I remember coming here as a kid, especially when the McDonald’s on Mission between Persia and Brazil closed (yeah you’re old school if you remember that).
I mean, in my opinion its great to have around the neighborhood for something quick, easy, and cheap despite the variety of options around. I have always had a great experience here, personally. Orders were always right and made to order, I was always treated nicely and courteously. I mean, overall ambiance aside, what would you expect from a fast food place on Mission St. With that said, I do like the recent remodel, but like anything made nice in the City; it doesn’t last. They keep the dining area pretty clean as best they can, but I can’t imagine so during high traffic times (such as after school hours).
One thing to keep in mind, though this Burger King has a parking lot through the side alley, doesn’t mean it guarantees a parking spot. Unfortunately with other good places around, people tend to misappropriate Burger King’s parking spots. So keep that in mind.
So in my general review of this place, its as good as it gets when you’re in the neighborhood in terms of fast food. Because, who doesn’t just have a craving for a double whopper sometimes?

Horrible service. I asked for a cup of water and got it in A SUNDAE CUP. Seriously? The woman who helped my sister and I was in a bad mood and obviously let that be known. She neglected to ask if we wanted any sauce for the onion rings, which MANY of the Burger Kings usually ask out of consideration.

This burger King SUCKS it’s not like before like 5 something years ago when i used to always come here and eat where the people that worked here at the time were cool.
Now it’s like Wtf new people and I ordered a original chicken sandwich and it was hard is faxk not fresh I’m thinking it was sitting there all day just warmed it up then gave it to and the lady in front bad costumer service last time I’m coming here!

went here with my friend. she said they gave her a melted smoothie and when she asked for another it had a hair in it and wasn’t much better. When we were there my friend lashed out bc she said the ladies behind the counter were saying things about her in spanish and they thought she wouldn’t understand. (She doesn’t look latin at all) my friend ended up flipping over our table and cussing out the staff it was awk. But the manager was soooooooo nice to me despite that one experience. he wasn’t there

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. It is small and it is dirty. Dirty people come here. So you are better off going to another Burger King.

This place is the worst BK. The cashiers do not gave a crap about you and they look miserable as hell. At work, you should leave all personal matters behind you, and just focus on your job. Make the best out of work even if you hate it. That, or search for a new job. Do not take it out on your customers.
When I got my «chicken tenders» I asked them for sauce because they did not give me any. She gave me a look as if I were asking for her to lend me $ 500 (unwilling and hesitant). She reluctantly asked me what sauce I wanted and I asked her if she had type of hot sauce. She gave me a look like, wtf. we don’t have hot sauce. Then she said, «We don’t have no hot sauce.» Ok. Sorry… Damn. I’ll take bbq.
The food was terribad, served along side bad service.

cashier tried to charge me a dollar extra for a refill. while the girl in front of me got a refill for free. wtf.

Whatever happened to the flame-​broiled whopper? Guess that went the way of the dodo, ‘cos I saw them take my burger out of the ‘wave and put it directly on my tray. Fries were terrible, too. Awful service, language barrier, microwave… I felt like shit after eating here and, barring some sort of miraculous culinary turnaround at this BK, you will too.

Filthy, dingy, small, rude service and the worst restroom ever.
It has one toilet only and its unisex.
I had to use the restroom here while waiting all day for gaga BUT I did buy some chow and a drink! I went to use the restroom and I SWEAR to you the lady who was all pissy shut the lights off cause the entire hallway and the restroom went off at once. She then said, «sorry but if you want the light on you have to wait til tomorrow morning, its out of order.» Like too bad for you, no one will fix it.
Then another worker came out and said it was for customers only and we need to show receipts and one girl with me was still holding her drink! Duh she bought it there. We showed receipts and he scoffed and acted like it wasn’t valid.

This is your typical franchise burger joint. I generally eat takeout and don’t eat in the actual restaurant.
I recently had the plain regular double hamburger. I would say that the meat patty tasted a little dry and had a reheated taste. The bun and condiments inside were okay.
Overall their competitors burgers are generally better tasting so I can’t give their food high marks.

Burger King is just like any other fast food joint. It’s fast food, what do you expect but food to fill your stomach. Not nutritious as usual.
The bathroom is a total mess. Water all over the floor, there was no toilet paper. I had to use the toilet seat covers to open the door because the door handle was nasty!
Order your food and get out of there.

Ummm. They HELLA gave me a 6 piece when I asked for and paid for 12 piece of Cheesy Tots.
Also, the place has some SHADY AS HELL people walking in and out, looking like they are gonna hold up the place, then they see no one is eating, no money so they leave.
The food is good, and service decent — but other then that its a meh…

A lot of ghetto hoodrats from the nighborhood hang out in front of this particular location. Even worse when school is in session, and all the ghetto kids from Balboa High drift down after 3PM. Once you get past that, the service is slow and the cashiers make a lot of errors here. Not very clean, and the wait can be long. In my opinion, just grab your order and get the hell out of there! I wouldn’t eat my food in there unless I absolutely had to, or it was hot outside!

Ick ick ick. BK in general is ick but this one in particular is triple-​ick.
