As a standard issue patient, my CT scan was fine. When the images were loading(after the scan), they explained everything to me and I thought it was interesting. The scan was to map my nerves. They sent the images and video to my doctor, and my four fabulous full-bony impacted wisdom teeth were removed with no nerve damage, thanks to the wonders of this amazing technology. Later I was able to get a copy of the video that C-Dental made from the CT scan images. It’s fascinating to know FROMEVERYANGLE how your teeth fit into your jaw, and how close the nerves lay to the teeth. Great work; highly recommend if your doctor couldn’t get enough info from a basic x-ray. Maybe they were just having a good day, but the tattooed technician was amiable and did everything right when I was there. And it was closing time, but no bum’s rush or anything. Just great, and love the vid. Now I know I’m as beautiful on the inside as I am on the outside, lol.

now i’m not sure if they were having a bad day, or they were having drama in their office, or maybe it’s because i had come in right before they were scheduled to go to lunch, but these people were just not having it. first off, let me say that my x-ray was $ 398(ugh). the lady behind the desk told me that no, this x-ray wasn’t covered under insurance(bigger UGH!!), and if i wanted to submit a claim, she«cooould» help me fill out a form. and when i told her i wanted to fill out this so-called form, there was none! all she said was«you’ll have to call them». if i’m paying that amount for an x-ray that’ll take LESS than one minute, i’d at least expect a joke, a laugh, smile, or at the very least some info that i could actually find useful! –_-. the x-ray technician was a man with glasses, an accent, and lots of tattoos. he was okay, cracked exactly ONE smile throughout the whole procedure. but when i told him i wasn’t able to remove my rook piercing, he gave me some saucy remark like«oh well if someone can’t do something, they just can’t do it». i tried to give him a stare in return, but it turned out more like a confused derp look. oh well. i would give this place one star, but i guess i’ll add another because the x-ray of my head did turn out pretty nicely from what i saw on the screen. but who knows, that could be attributed to my profile and not the x-rays ;). i also did get a miniature manila envelope to put my jewelry in, which was probably the nicest thing that happened throughout my entire experience.
