Carol is a wonderful real estate agent! She was referred to us by a coworker and after meeting her for the first time we were sold. She’s friendly, attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable.
In this market it was essential to have an agent as experienced as Carol. We ended up succeeding on our third offer, compared to many of our friends were in the market for years before they succeeded. I attribute our success to Carol’s advise and perspective.

I was very intimidated by the prospect of looking for and buying a home in San Francisco. Carol is a consummate professional and was able to put me at ease and guide me through the entire process with minimum effort on my part. In a word, Carol is awesome. As first time home buyers my husband and I had watched a lot of HGTV and thought we knew a lot… HA!
Our search was really fun. Carol came with us the first time, then let us roam about on our own for a while, then did a couple more appointments with us. We ended up seeing a place without her and fell in love, and she came to check it out herself to make sure we were making a good decision (which I appreciated). She thought it was great and immediately got to work! She fit around our schedule and helped us celebrate our offer with a glass of wine. Awesome!
Where Carol really shines is during the transaction itself. I really credit this to her law background, she doesn’t miss a thing and I felt totally comfortable taking her advice.
Then, she even sent us a card to congratulate us on our new home: first mail, yay!

I was referred to Carol by a friend and I was very impressed with Carol’s work style. Although, it is a buyers’ market, I wanted to put my TIC unit on the market.
Carol did some great comparative research: calling other agents with TICs on the market to get a their take the market. Also, Carol did comparative analysis of TIC sales from the year I purchased my unit to compare with the current climate.
Most agents look at a very narrow view of last 3 months of TIC sales which is very limited IMHO.
