I have taken Gyrotonic sessions with Catherine for over a year and she is a great instructor. I am(still) a beginner, and she is always very patient with movements that don’t come natural to me as an office worker. The location is also great, and they even have a Unilocal deal out for first-timers.

Catherine has a wonderful ability to tailor her workouts to each client’s specific needs and requests. As a fellow dancer, I appreciate her background and extensive knowledge of the body that a life of dance imparts. Her Gyrotonic training has built on this knowledge and has allowed her to become a very talented teacher. Catherine’s voice has a gentle, calming quality that illustrates how an exercise should be approached. I highly recommend her!

I have worked with Casey for a few sessions now and its been a lot of fun. She has a great energy and a positive attitude. Although she challenges me with new ideas, she listens to what I need and fits in it into her lesson. She has a great understanding of the material and has a wonderful energy.

Catherine has been instructing me to Gyrotonic for over 1 year. During that time she as taught me everything from basics to very advanced movements, and has always done an exceptional job of customizing the workout to fit my strengths and weaknesses. I come from an athletic background, and gyrotonic has been an awesome way to cross-train and really tighten everything up. Catherine has really helped make the workout fun and specific to what I need. Plus I feel so much more graceful and precise in my movements after a class! All-around, gyrotonic has been an amazing way to train because it combines yoga, pilates, and balet to create a really comprehensive and challenging workout — it is like 3 in 1! Catherine has been a fantastic instructor and teacher who knows my body, it’s strengths and weaknesses, and has really been able to craft workouts that really help!
