After they finally got shut down by the mall & they closed down. Not even the kiosk is there now, it still deserves less than one star 0⁄10 –IGN

Don’t do business with these people. They deserve less than a zero rating. They ripped me off and after stopping at their kiosk every week for a couple months I have given up on having them make good on the defective case I paid over $ 150 for. And this is no secret, I heard from friends in Bloomingdales and at the Metreon Cellairis is bad news. Run away from them and give your business to reputable people.

After hiding out, closing their Unilocal and web page and hiring new staff, this place is back with a vengeance — but still with the same dirt bag owners. After the second time the owners posted our personal information on Craigslist and had us harassed, I had to get the police involved again and get a restraining order. The guy who runs this place is someone I would LOVE to run in to in a dark alley one day…

PLEASE turn around and don’t come to this store ever! if there is a negative star rating, I will give it to them. My iPhone screen is shattered and I was stupid enough to have them fix it with 165 dollars. I wasn’t able to use my phone afterwards because there were some connection issue. I wasn’t able to press anything and the phone will auto dial itself. I ended ordered another iPhone case and had my coworker fix it for me. please don’t waste your money!

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. First of all they lie about the lifetime warranty, the products last a week only. When I went back to get some help the manager and her coworker treated me like shit. She spoke to me like I was an animal. She embarrassed me in front of the whole mall. I have never seen a worker act as ghetto and rude as she did. She ended up throwing the iphone cover at me and said«get the fuck out of here». NEVERCOMEANDSHOPHERE. They will steal your money

I wouldn’t come here. The guys make comission so they really want you to make a purchase. It is downtown so everything is priced more than you’d expect. I had gotten a screen protector and a charge they said was a genuine apple product, charged my phone and it wasn’t even genuine and the screen protector fell off after three days. I went back so I could return it and they refused to do so after they hard balled me for my money.

WAYOVER-PRICED!!! And that’s with their«Special Sale» price of 50% off after my first full priced purchase. They charge $ 25 for one simple little screen saver for an iPhone 5s. I saw a 2 pack at Marshall’s today for $ 8.99. Found out that that special sale occurs everyday. And don’t try to return anything, even if it’s unopened and with the receipt. I was 1 day past their 7 day return policy(live in a different town). I think I guilted her into it but then she charged me a 20% «re-stocking» fee. REALLY? Let me help you place this tiny little package back on the shelf. Puh-leeeese !!! Won’t be back there.

DONOTSHOPATCELLAIRIS. Their products and the customer service are TERRIBLE. They tried to charge $ 39.99 for an iphone5 case. Ridiculous. Then when my boyfriend and I started to walk away she said she would give us a discount 2 for $ 50. The first iphone 5 case I opened was noticeably damaged so I asked for a different one right there and then. She was not very cool about giving me a different case even though the one I had bought was already open before I purchased it and I noticed it as she was running my card through, hence the damage. Then after I got home and was heading out for my run, I noticed that the volume down button didn’t work. I had a huge week at work so couldn’t make it back in until the following week to exchange it and I was one day over their 7 day return exchange policy and so they wouldn’t exchange it or return it. Also, she tried to offer me a 50% discount on a «new» one. Um, mine was already new! She said she didn’t have the authority to exchange past their 7 day policy. I asked her, «wait so let me get this straight, you can give me your „employee discount“ of 50% off without authorization, but you don’t have the authority to exchange the case I already have because Im one day over the crazy short return policy?» she answered«yes, thats correct»… Basically, beware. DONOTBUYTHISPRODUCT. any company that cant stand by their product is not a company to buy anything from. They know they have a faulty product which is why they only offer 7 days to return.

I went to get a screen protector for I phone 5 and the lady asked $ 29.99 just for a screen protector and I just walked away and same floor I saw a kiosk in front of Jamba Juice. The guy asked for 8 dollars and put it on for me!!! Never buy something from cellairis charge 10 times more!!!

This place is the biggest rip off in the mall. I went there to get a cell phone cover, and for a cheap lil cover they wanted 45 dollars. I haggled it down to 30. They lady said fine. But they had to charge me tax. They charged me 8.40 in tax on 30 dollars. Was tired of arguing n had to b at work so said fine. Paid and left. A little further in is another cell phone kiosk had same cover for 20. My fault for not looking around. But just a heads up this place will rip u off.

I had an AWFUL experience here. I have tried 3 cases here and they all broke within less than a month! I bought a bumper for the iPhone 5 and the home button on the case looked like it was about to fall off. I asked the salesman about it and he told me it was supposed to be that way. His reason didn’t even make sense(so he lied to me)! The button did fall off within 3 days. I went back a week after purchase and was told I could not return it. I obviously didn’t want another case since they have very low-quality products. Even their logo«Cellairis» that was marked on the bumper wiped off after a few days. This kiosk’s policy is NO returns, and no exchanges after 7 days. If you have a problem(and you most likely will if 3 out of 3 products I got failed), you only have 7 days from ORIGINAL purchase date to exchange it. Since I came on the 7th day, if the new case breaks tomorrow, I am out all my money(and these cases have the highest cost I’ve ever seen). When I pointed this out to the second salesperson there, she gave me a ton of attitude. Both salespeople made comments insinuating that I broke all my cases! They said that if any external parts break(like the buttons or flip stands) that is not even their problem! The saleswoman retorted to me that she«has a business degree» so she knows everything about business and I am just wrong. DONOTSHOPHERE!!! I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. I walked away shaking. Oh, and they marked up their prices by hand on stickers covering up the normal prices… I wish I could give 0 stars.
