Worst customer service ever! Whomever answered the phone was late to office, then put me on hold for 5 minutes while she turned her computer on, then proceeded to diagnose my father. Wtf?! You are paid to schedule appts. Not diagnose patients and determine if the doctor will see them. I told her primary doc is out and she says that they should have a temp doc, wtf?! I never been to a doctors office which didn’t want to make an appt. Finally, I said, you don’t want to help schedule an appt for my father and she says yes. Wtf?! Again. I know its Monday morning but damn. What an unprofessional and angry attitude!

Don’t let the location (Chinatown) scare you away!
I am an Italian man who was looking for a good urologist to blast my kidney stones. I found Dr. Chan on the blue cross web site and made an appointment to see him. He accommodated me the next day. Her was very thorough and professional. He had my stones disintegrated the following week at Chinese hospital (also five stars).
I would highly recommend Dr. Chan to any person needing a knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate Urologist.
