Chase Bank

The location is convenient based on where I work. I needed to deposit a check and there was one person in line ahead of me. One of the men from the cubical area came out and asked what I needed help with. He then showed me how to deposit a check via the ATM, which was 1. convenient and 2. super helpful on his part since I would have never attempted that on my own. He was extremely nice and helpful. Considering I just recently got a Chase account I was very impressed and happy with my experiences banking here so far.

Awesome customer service and a very friendly environment. Probably one of my most enjoyable experiences being at a bank. They knew what they were doing and want to Thank You for such a wonderful experience. Def recommend to come to this branch!!! THANKS CHASE :)

I have been to this branch so many times. I was helped by personal banker ‘Somi’ 2 years back when i went there to open bank account.
Although experience was always pleasant, but recently when i went there two days back, it was excellent.
I was overwhelmed with extraordinary customer services and assistance provided by one of the tellers named ‘Brian’.
His positive energy, pleasurable disposition and extraordinary assistance helped me deposit a check in my husband’s business account even though i was not knowing the account number at that moment. He went online and looked up the account by himself.
I hope we could have this kind of staff in all chase branches in financial district area.
I still remember the casual attitude of one of the tellers in chase branch in financial district area who showed irresponsible attitude towards my questions two weeks back, made my day worst.

The location is convenient I guess… 1 star because I find the branch manager very annoying. I came in once for some general inquiries about my credit card policies and now she won’t stop calling and emailing me. She asks whether I want to open a new credit card at her branch.
I suggest emailing customer support for your general questions instead.

Was at Chase with my coworker handling her business… I just wanted to say that the staff here are so nice and welcoming. Friendly and helpful I was enjoying coming
