Chef Viviana’s food is amazing!!! A friend of mine ordered a past dish and lasagna from her for a dinner we were having.
This lasagna was possibly the BEST LASAGNA I have ever had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. There were sooooo many different flavors in that dish! A red delicious marinera sauce covered the lasagna with secrets hints of a sort of pest sauce inside! The lasagna was not your boring old ground meet lasagna. It had all kinds of vegetables inside that marinated perfectly with the sauces. It was the most inventive and complex, yet unbelievably delicious lasagna ever.
We also had a past dish that was full of flavor. It had some sort of oil base with tiny red and yellow tomatoes. She uses such fresh ingredients for all of her dishes, and believe me you can tell!
I will definitely be ordering food from her again!
