it is pretty empty today, so they can keep yelling in the back, and play loud music with your phone when there is other music playing with their over head speakers made it very very annoying. I will make sure I make it to-go next time so I don’t have to listen to all that crap.

I think this guy was a manager or supervisor but he was giving great customer service while training someone and made my friend and I feel welcome(:

usually I love chiptole but this place had horrible food. 1. burrito was hard and stale 2. rice was overcooked and many pieces were hard as rock. 3. the lettuce was clearly old it looked slimey. I was wise enough not to get it. visited on jan 4th around 630pm really such a bad burrito.

I paid $ 24 for 1 burrito and 1 salad. The salad didn’t even fill the container all the way and they charged me $ 2.50 for a single scoop of guacamole! What a rip off. They also tried to rush everyone in line which wasn’t even that long. I understand if you have like 5+ people waiting but if you have 2 people you should take your time and try and work on your customer service skills… One guy got mad at me because I said regular beans instead of pinto beans. Also, we ordered our food to-go and they didn’t even give me a fork or any napkins. I probably won’t eat at a Chipotle ever again. Waste of money. I just wanted to add that my chicken was really cold along with my brothers beans in his burrito. I ended up picking out all the chicken because it was extremely fatty and it grossed me out…

This place was fine until today when I got food poisoning. It’s been popping up on chipotles across the NW for months and has made its way to CA. I called to notify the store and the manager couldn’t care less. He was obviously offended claiming the store was kept very clean when the ecoli breakout is said to come from the produce not the facilities.

Chipotle started going downhill once it started charging customers an extra $ 3.50 for a quesarito. I’ve been boycotting them ever since. #freethequesarito

When I don’t have time, and basically is a walk away from anywhere you might be a cheap and healthy. ^^ The service was average, but still good for the amount of customers they have at noon. As well as a one-to-one questions of the service provided, they will do anything to help out :)

Chipotle is cheap and tasteful fastfood restaurant. Healthier than burgers. You should have quick lunch also dinner.

I dontnunderstand why people complain. The line is not that slow, the prices are cheap and the food is healthy and nice.

Super slow process with too many employees standing around. It seems like a simple fix but is a regular at most locations.

Well kids, in a 9 – 11 like twist the service at Chipotle went even further down hill. There was a time, a beautiful 2 weeks, where the service felt average. Almost expected, even. Alas, when there was barely 7 people in the restaurant and 5 workers behind the glass, not one word was mentioned in a greeting. Not a «Hello, I’ll be right with you!» Just rude stares of «why are you here?» And«Look at my back. Now look at my co-workers back. Now look at both our backs while we’re not facing the doorway.» Ah yes, on one hand it’s good to be back in good ol’ Chipotle. On the other hand, it’d be nice to eat my burrito without questioning what I did, from walking in to walking up to the counter, to deserve to be treated so rudely. 0/10, I don’t recommend this place. But I also don’t think they’ll change. For all of it’s hippieness, Chipotle is still a mainstream American chain restaurant, grounded in conservative financial values.

Poor quality and experience with tiny steak salad for $ 8. Found 2 large slices of romaine stem at the bottom of my salad. Manager explained how they cut the romaine all the way to the bottom and usually takes out the stems. Obviously, this is being overlooked. Manager was nice enough to offer refund cuz I won’t dine Chipotle again.

Went there 3 days ago, took a burrito with chicken. Really not bad: quick, cheap, tasty. Only comment from my side: it is not always clear, what is included and what counts as an extra: they tell you: avocado? And if you say yes, then: OK, but 2 dollars more.

Was looking for a quick place to grab dinner in the area and happened to find a familiar Chipotle in a sea of unknowns. Food was good as usual but please tell the staff to take a chill pill. I pointed to something over the glass wall and the person reacted like I had sneezed into the food or stolen something. I am OK with you pointing it out but no reason to be rude. Chill dude, I am a bigger germaphobe than you.

Didn’t really enjoy my burrito maker here. The initial tortilla-rice-beans guy was fine, but the mea-salsas-extras guy was sooo surly. I was ordering for three people to bring food home and I asked him which salsa was the tomatillo one. He proceeded to dump the hot red one on the burrito. Knowing what I know of salsas and my friends taste, I figured the red one would be too spicy and that tomatillo salsa should be green. Turns out both the hot and mild salsa are made with tomatillos. Why didn’t he ask for clarification if they both had tomatillos??? I don’t handle spicy food well at all and I know how quickly too much spicy salsa can ruin an entire burrito so I asked him to remake it. The huffiness he gave was just crazy. I wasn’t rude, I apologized, I said please. I don’t think it merited such attitude. Plus, this store was pretty skimpy on all the portions, but I’ve been noticing that in a lot of chipotles recently so maybe it’s just the company’s way of dealing with rising wages/food prices.

Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Maybe the worst fast-casual dining experience I’ve ever had. Mostly because it wasn’t fast in any sense of the word. It’s like the employees are just all hanging out and maybe they’ll make you some food if you’re lucky. The lack of speed with which the people move there is incredible. So that’s my chief concern with this Chipotle location. Secondary concern was food quality. I went in around 1 pm on a Saturday and they were scraping the bottom of every pan. Come on guys. You know when your lunch rush is. Prepare for it. Really taken aback by the total disregard for customer experience here. Will not visit a Chipotle again for a while.

I really like Chipotle, it is fast, flavorful and somewhat healthy. My work is really close to this one so I come here once in a while. My main complaint is how salty the food is here. I can’t figure out if it is from the meat or the salsa but it is usually very salty. Also, for some reason, their sour cream and salsa is just super cold. When you put that on a rice bowl, it is just odd to be eating something warm and then bite into freezing cold salsa. I have been to many other Chipotle and their condiment is usually a little below room temp and compliments the meal. Anyway, can’t expect much from this fast food type of place but the service has been good and the staff works very fast!

Foods fine but today i saw some unsanitary kitchen practices. A guy in street clothes, was eating eating burrito a burito and cooking food for customers in the kitchen area. Then i saw another person eating a burrito in the kitchen. Employees and manager didnt seem to care. I am not amused by this at all.

Première expérience dans un Chipotle, pas déçu. Considéré comme un fast food, les ingrédients sont bons et frais. Nous avions commandé deux burritos très bourratifs et excellents, pour un prix raisonnable.

No bowls to make a salad in, so you had to make ours in an upside-down lid? No salad-cut lettuce, so you had to jump to the end of the assembly line and grab taco-cut lettuce(the thin strips used on the top of the salad) and then double back to the start of the line? No forks, forcing us to take it to-go back to the hotel where we could beg the hotel restaurant for one? No way to properly seal two lids together, forcing us to put it in a bag(and incur the state-mandated bag fee) to carry it away? No working Mr. Pibb on the fountain?(which we would have ordered if we had dined there, which we couldn’t do without a fork to eat our salad with… Unsure if it was out of syrup or broken…) No bueno, Chipotle… Several other issues with other customers left us in a non-Chipotle-esque slow-moving 20+ minute line at 9:15pm. Wife ultimately did enjoy her salad, so one star for that. And I’m probably to blame by not having a gluten-free backup plan when the wife took a late nap and most places were closed or closing at 9. At least she got something to eat… 1.19 stars.
