amen to what ariana said — «She doesn’t listen to her patients, doesn’t have a damn clue what she is talking about, doesn’t have any bed side manner, and obviously doesn’t give a crap about her patients if she can’t remember them! Her office staff is rude(except the nruses, they’re nice!) Do not see her !» couldn’t agree more. she is absolutely horrible. i can’t begin to explain how bad she is. i’m in the process of switching doctors.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 San Francisco, CA
I have been going to Dr. Chow for over 6 years now and have finally changed doctors. I originally went to her when their practice had two offices. I noticed that their overall lack of service really went downhill after they closed their Church Street office and had all of their patients aggregated to the Shrader Office. I was initally concerned when I saw Dr. Chow about 4 yrs ago about a red eye problem that I had. She referred me to an opthamologist, but warned me that I would probably need my eye«scraped» which really scared me. When I went to the specialist, they told me I just needed lubricating eye drops. That was the first clue I had that Dr. Chow was either overloaded with work, or was plainly wrong with her basic evaluation. After that, I had problems getting an appt with simple medical issues and when I tried to make a minor change to my pharmacy location, it took 8 phone calls to finally get her to «sign off» on my change of venues. Meanwhile, I was waiting on vital meds, like statins and birth control. Not happy. I would not recommend her to anyone at this point.
