This place is horrible. I have been here a few times and at least half of their washers and dryers are broken! They are also extremely expensive!!! My 1 star is based off my experience tonight. I came in at 8:30 and was in the middle of drying my clothes, at 9:30 they shut off the lights on one half of the laundry mat.(the half we were) They started bringing vacuums out right where a few of us doing our laundry were standing.(they close at 10PM) For a second I thought this was a joke but turns out that it wasn’t. They started vacuuming all the vents including mine which still had 3 minutes left. When he opened my vent to clean it, the dryer stopped and I had to wait for him to finish to continue drying his clothes. I asked multiple times for them to turn the lights on and to move their vacuum from where we were folding our clothes but they said they couldn’t understand me. Definitely won’t be coming back here!!! I hope the management sees this review and makes some changes immediately with their closing procedures.

It’s pretty expensive here: $ 3.50 for a regular load; $ 4 for a double load; and $ 6.50 for the triple loader. The dryer is 5 min/$.25 and they recommend 40 min for a regular load. The hours posted on the door indicate they open at 7am and close at 10pm with last wash at 9pm, 7 days a week. I wouldn’t come here if there was another close option.

There is no laundry mat in my unit and I’m past the point of waiting to have my load done somewhere a few blocks away from me while hearing bums ask me for change when clearly I do have quarters. Anyways, thank god for wash and fold. This place charges only a $ 1 per pound and I’ve come here enough to where the nice man running it doesn’t ask me to fill out his form and has it ready for pickup pretty much whenever I ask. Other places do charge a bit more and do take longer so if you’re looking for a wash and fold service, I highly recommend this one.

It’s slightly closer than Mr. Bubbles and is honestly not all that different if you’re coming in for some quick coin-op laundry. The difference btwn them and Bubbles is that they also have a wash and fold, plus a dry cleaning service. Anyway, here’s some basics(since this Unilocal page and anything on the net doesn’t have this info and I wanted to make this a useful post): There is a soap dispenser for those who don’t bring detergent. .89 /pound for wash and fold Hours: 8 – 6:30PM Monday to Friday 9 – 5:30PM Sunday and Saturday Why do I have notes for a 9PM last load? Ignore that note. Anyway, good for its purpose.

I only bring in my clothes for wash and fold and a couple shirts a week for dry cleaning. I’ve had a good experience most of the time and their pretty inexpensive.

Horrible! I dropped off a red formal dress at this place for dry cleaning a few days ago. When I came back to pick up the dress, I was shocked at what I had to go through to pick up my garment. I’m all about small, family businesses, so when I arrived to see a high school student holding down the store while the parents were off doing their thing… I didn’t mind. That was until the kid opened his mouth. I handed him my pick up slip, only to have him pretty much ask me to find the garment myself. Mind you… the piece of garment I brought in was pretty different. It wasn’t like the 500 dress shirts they had there… and it was a bold red color. I would think he would put in a little more effort into finding my piece. He ran through the spinning hanger once, and didn’t bother combing through the other stationary hanging rack at all! He took a glance at the entire rack and said I should just come back at another time. WTF? I don’t have free time to keep coming back to the dry cleaners! Finally, I saw a red-ish color dress on the stationary rack from 4 feet away… and asked him to take a serious look to see if that was my garment. After about 20 minutes, I got my dress back. Never again am I coming back. I don’t need to spend 20 minutes everytime I need to pick up ONE garment from the dry cleaners.

A poem O laundry place nearby How many neighbors far rely On your open doors With semi-clean floors Sprinkled throughout I often see remnants of Shout and fabric soften sheets strewn about Round and round the laundry spins When you’re done, we’ll all win Millions of quarters later You sure seem to take forever But alas you’re done, dear clean clothes And home I go with a few less woes And you know in a week I’ll be back Carrying with me many laundry sacks Thanks for the weekly fun. Open daily 7 am to 10 pm.
