I’ve had this service for aprox. 5 years and it sucks. At the time 5 years ago it was the best service I could find for the neighborhood(not very good) I tried a few. I just can’t believe this is as good as it gets. It cuts out all the time and is slow often. I am paying for highspeed internet. When I call customer service tech support will run a test and have me unplug it etc. etc. they never seem to get it right.

Here’s the problem with Xfinity. Get there xfinity home and try and cancel the service and you will owe them $ 500.00. My rep was very rude and was more willing to cancel all my services than she was to simply allow me to cancel my home security. Read the fine print!
