CND Cleaning Services

The absolute worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. The cleaning itself was horrible, overpriced and we received horrible customer service. Seriously the worst business I have ever dealt with. We asked to have our living room, kitchen and bathroom cleaned and paid extra to have it «deep cleaned.» They charged us more than any of the prices quoted on their website even though we didn’t want any bedrooms cleaned. After they left it was hard to tell that anything was cleaned, DEFINITELY not deep cleaned– leaving dirt, dust, soap scum, food and trash behind. We are also convinced they didn’t even touch the living room. There were shoes laying on the living room floor before they cleaned and they were in the EXACT same position along with everything else, after they cleaned even though they claimed to sweep and mop (nothing was ever wet). We felt lied to and cheated so we confronted them about the issue and they have continued to lie and now threatened us. We offered to pay a fair price for the «services» we received and they pretty much said too bad, if we don’t receive the price we want we are taking you to collections and filing a police report. We never said we weren’t going to pay. We have tried to call them over and over and left voicemails but they won’t return our calls. And will only email, as if they are afraid to talk to us because they know they are wrong. DO NOT USE THEM! This has been the biggest hassle and our house isn’t even clean and we will be hiring another cleaner and paying double. I’ve never had any issues with any other cleaning services in the area, there are much better options.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE.
We decided to utilize CND Cleaning Services as they are a local company who proposed a $ 75 monthly cleaning service in person. From start to finish, this company was off.
They increased their price from $ 75 to $ 130 for «the first initial cleaning» once we were booking. We only had them clean a living room, kitchen, and small bathroom (less than 700 Sq Ft). NO bedrooms.
It was clear that the two men brushed over our apartment. Leaving dust on mantle, loose spices on the counter, crumbs and liquids under dish rack, and soap scum on the bathroom sink… They didn’t move anything.
Additionally, CND LEFT their own trash (water bottle) in our house on the coffee table, which was also not wiped down or even dusted.
Fast forward to us confronting them of the horrible job. They’ve decided to take off a whopping $ 30 from our cleaning and refuse to lower any further, but have made it clear that they will send us to collections should they not receive their money ASAP.
1) Horrible customer service.
2) Terrible cleaning service, virtually not cleaning professionals.
3) Out of their minds.
I repeat, do not use them.
