Can I give 10 stars to Color Graphics?!
I’ve worked with them for about 5 years now and have always been satisfied with every aspect of every project they’ve done with us:
1. Customer service — excellent all through and are the most polite bunch of folks around
2. Quality of work — good press staff and everything comes out looking even better than the kodak proofs
3. Customer relations — if anything goes wrong, they’re on top of it finding solutions asap.
4. Turnaround time — their definition of crunch time can give a cheetah a run for its money!
5. Going the distance during crunch time — THE best quality about them is that they understand if a project has to be done quickly and pull all the stops to get it done on time and in great quality
6. Honest — if they look at a project and feel that they are not the best for the project, they will let you know that up front. That’s commendable.
My rep at Color Graphics has been Linda Wilder for the 7 – 8 years my company has worked with her and no one beats her energy, intelligence, expertise, knowledge and good humor!
