This place is great. All the staff are super friendly and always remember my name. Their prices are good (I think about $ 1.25÷1.50 per lb) and they are quick. I typically drop my stuff in in the morning time before work (around 8am) and it’s sitting ready for me to pick up after work (around 5:30/6ish). I sometimes ask them not to tumble dry stuff and it’s no problem. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area who are looking for efficient and friendly cleaners.

Moved to the area about two years ago. Found this place as with very close to my home. Amy, the owner is so kind and the hardest worker I know. Her prices are fair and my clothes are always done perfectly. She also does alterations very well too!

I live in North Beach and brought my clothes here for a good few months. Really affordable and they do an OK job with basic alternations and patching. I have had a few issues though, over the past few months…
1. One time they let the hem out of a dress. Without being asked. Had to bring back to them to re-hem…pretty weird scenario
2. When I brought a monster wash and fold load, they lost ALL MY YOGA PANTS! 4 pairs. I asked Amy to hang dry them and I’m pretty sure this is how they got lost. She refused to believe they lost them… so it was pretty much my word against hers. Sucks for me because I lost 4 pairs of pants, sucks for her because she lost a weekly customer.
Definitely reccomend taking your stuff to Doo Wash– much better service and they are more consistent… have never had any issues there!

Have ever seen. Once I left my money clip wit a good amount of cash in a pants pocket. When I returned to pick up, having spent hours hunting for the clip, it was in an envelope attached to my pants.

I have been a customer here for probably 12 years. In my 12 years Amy has never lost a garment and takes care of me like I am a son bringing my laundry home from college. Clothes are always perfect and she goes out of her way to adjust to my schedule. I recommend highly to all.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for. I took 40 shirts here to be pressed; when I went to pick them up, 19 of them had collars that were twisted out of shape. I asked for them to be fixed and stopped by to pick them up a few days later … 10 were still done improperly and one had a newly torn collar. The owner loudly blamed me for the damage. At the very least, I would have thought they’d put a note on an obviously damaged item to call it to my attention. I’d recommend this place if you like to be ripped off, lied to and shouted at.

they are so great and let it be know that they are in North Beach and I live in Potrero Hill. So I save my stuff and make it a monthly trip.
There prices are really great and what I like the best about them is their alterations. You should see the great job they did on my sweats…
(yeah, I am short and I need my sweats taken in, so what??)

I give Amy 5 stars for being ballsy. You don’t mess with the lady who does SFPD’s dry cleaning (well, at least central station.)
