I have nothing but great things to say about my experience working with Justin Spence. He is very attentive and thorough. He explains what he is doing and this is extremely informative and has a calming effect. I had some hip and knee problems and he tailored his work specifically to those issues. I felt an improvement in just one session and definitely plan to go back.

My Son is a High School baseball player and had a pulled hamstring. Justin was great with helping him recover from his injury and also giving him exercises to prevent it from happening again.

I love working out with Justin. I have had several trainers in the past and I have found my workouts with Justin to be the most effective. He really does make the sessions fun and they are always different. I also feel like I am in good hands with Justin because of his training. He actually understands the body and muscles and is very particular about alignment. I can feel my body transforming and becoming more fit thanks to my sessions with him.

Justin Spence kicks ass — literally + figuratively. He’s everything you’d want in a trainer: 1. Fun, approachable and motivating 2. He keeps you moving + keeps your sessions varied, you never get bored 3. He has group sessions! You can train with 1 or 2 people, which makes it more affordable for you to maintain 2x a week(it’s best to find a friend or 2, but he may be able to match you up with someone.) And if you do group sessions with a friend, you may find yourself with your friend on your back doing squats. Awesome. 4. He has a fantastic studio space with cardio area + many great machines from Keiser to other pilates-type things I don’t know the names of 5. He’s got a sauna!(It’s extra $. but whatever.) 6. His sessions work, you see + feel results. And he’ll challenge you to keep momentum between visits.
